With only seven remaining houseguests, competing for the final grand prize include contestants Angela Murray, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Leah Peters, Makensy Manbeck, and Rubina Bernabe.

This meant the two new nominees for a possible eviction were Angela and Leah.
The synopsis for Big Brother season 26 episode 32 read:
"The houseguests compete to win the power of veto; during the veto meeting, the winner of the competition can keep nominations the same or save someone from eviction for the week."
Big Brother season 26, episode 32 recap: Makensey finishes task within 9 minutes and 12 seconds during PoV competition
Competing in the Power of Veto competition on Big Brother season 26, episode 32 were contestants Cam, Leah, Chelsea, and Makensy. In this challenge, the players had to evaluate each animal's language and translate them via a soundboard. Leah was confused in the game, while Chelsie ended up looking for a clue for far too long.
Cam and Kimo gave incorrect answers alongside Angela. This meant Makensey was declared the winner of the PoV competition after completing the task within 9 minutes and 12 seconds.
Later in the Big Brother episode, HoH Makensy disclosed during the veto meeting that Leah was to replace Kimo's position as the eviction nominee. This was a surprise as Makensy wanted to target Angela, so Leah could become more loyal to her. Leah, on the other hand, was worried that Chelsie's comments might influence Makensy's decision as Chelsie wanted Leah on the block.
HoH explained that due to the game format, she had to make this tough decision and it was "nothing personal." Additionally, protecting her alliance with Chelsie was important as Leah might have gone against Chelsie. Leah regretted breaking up the trio alliance during her time as the HoH, rather than targeting Chelsie who was a threat to her.
Despite getting off the block, Kimo felt Makensy had a chance to win Big Brother season 26 and began planning on how to evict her from the game soon. The Thursday episode will reveal whether the majority of the houseguests plan on voting out Angela or Leah.
The upcoming episode 33 will be released on September 26, 2024, which will show which nominee will be voted out and evicted from the BB house. A new HoH will also be unveiled, the episode synopsis reads:
"Following a live vote, a houseguest is evicted and interviewed; remaining houseguests compete for power in the next head of household."
