Big Brother season 26 finale was released exclusively on CBS on October 13, 2024, at 9:00 pm ET/PT. This episode revealed the final winner of the $750K grand prize after three Head of the Household competitions, one player's eviction, and the jury's votes.

The jury consisted of eliminated contestants, including Matt Hardeman, Lisa Weintraub, Kenney Kelley, Cedric Hodges, Brooklyn Rivera, Tucker Des Lauriers, Joseph Rodriguez, Quinn Martin, T’kor Clottey, Leah Peters, Angela Murray, Kimo Apaka and Rubina Bernabe.

After Rubina was eliminated by Makensy in the previous Big Brother season 26 episode, the three remaining houseguests— Cam, Chelsie, and Makensy— evaluated what their next move would be. In the final episode, Makensey won the Head of the Household competition once again, eliminating Cam from the eviction series and making him part of the jury.

She revealed she wanted the two women to head to the final round. However, the jury's decision ended up being in Chelsie's favor and declaring her the winner of the $750K grand prize.

On the Big Brother season 26 finale, the three remaining houseguests— Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, and Makensy Manbeck— were competing to win the final grand prize fund which stood at $750K. The Head of the Household competition was divided into three parts. In the first challenge, contestants had to hold onto robotic vessels, with the one to hold on the longest would win.

Makensey was the first one to be eliminated from this challenge, and Cam followed in her footsteps. This meant Chelsie had won the first round. For the second round, Maksney and Cam competed against one another where they had to switch off Ainsley with a maze pathway.

The Big Brother contestant Makesney won the second part of the challenge, eventually competing against Chelsie in the third and final round. In the last HOH competition, Makesney won by answering the statement-based true and false questions made by the jury correctly.

She used her power to evict Cam from the competition, heading to the end of the reality TV show series hand in hand with Chelsie.

Cam told show host Julie that he was expecting to be evicted from the house as Chelsie and Makensy were working together and had planned everything out. Cam admitted that if he was the Head of the Household, he would have selected Chelsie as well and proved his loyalty to her.

Before the jury cast their votes, they had a chance to talk to both Chelsie and Makensy. Chelsie admitted that her social game and strategy were strong in the house, which is why she was saved multiple times despite not winning the tasks or elimination challenges every time. She also talked about her influence on Makensey's decision to put Leah on the block instead of Angela.

Big Brother season 26 host Julie then revealed the votes. The majority of the votes were in favor of Chelsie. Contestants who voted for her included Kimo, Quinn, T’Kor, Leah, Angela, Rubina, and Cam. This meant that Chelsie was declared as the winner by a 7-0 vote.
