Tucker won the competition leaving the players to choose between Lisa and Angela. Unfortunately, with 11-1 majority votes, Lisa's journey on Big Brother season 26 ended.
Episode 8 synopsis reads:
"Following a live vote, a houseguest is evicted and interviewed; the remaining houseguests compete for power in the next head of household."
Lisa was sent home on Big Brother season 26 episode 8
On Big Brother season 26 episode 8, the three nominees were given a task to complete. This involved an AI arena competition in which Tucker, Lisa, and Angela had to assemble puzzle pieces in the shortest amount of time.
They also had to make sure their patterns matched the security scanner key. Tucker was the first one to secure his position in the game by completing the tasks on time and correctly following the pattern.
Other cast members had to then choose who to save— either Lisa or Angela— through their votes. Angela expressed gratitude to everyone for showing their support so far. Meanwhile, Lisa told voters it would be a good decision to save her.
By the end of the episode, the voting results were revealed. This was a shocking plot twist for the viewers as they had not expected everyone to go against Lisa, who had also believed that she had a fair share of alliances in the house who would support her no matter what.
Tucker, Rubina, Quinn, Joseph, Makensy, Cedric, Brooklyn, Cam, Leah, Kimo and T’Kor votesd for Lisa. There was only one vote against Angela placed by Kenney.
For the Big Brother houseguest, this was an unexpected result, and she believed her fellow costars blindsided her and cut her journey on the show. After elimination, in her interview, Lisa thanked her fans for keeping her in the house so far. Lisa explained to the host, Julie, that everyone told her they would be voting for Angela but voted for her instead.
Lisa believed due to Angela's behavior, lack of loyalty, and her tactics, she should have been the one eliminated from the house. How everyone teamed up against her wasn't fair according to the season 26 cast member.
