Big Brother season 26 aired its latest episode on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The two-hour episode saw the eviction of Kimo, who became the fifth jury member. It ended with Kimo's exit interview with host Julie Chen Moonves.

Shortly after, the Live Feeds on Paramount+ revealed that Chelsie had won the Head of Household (HoH) for week 12. It meant that she had confirmed her place in the final three. The Feeds also disclosed what she planned to do with the coming nominations.

Although overwhelmed with the HoH victory, Chelsie knew she had to play her cards right so that her game was not sabotaged in the last stages of the competition. So, she tried to maintain a good relationship with the remaining houseguests. Chelsie pledged her loyalty to Cam in one scene but promised to support Makensy in the other. Meanwhile, Rubina and Cam sulked about losing yet another challenge.

Soon, Big Brother announced that the nominations would occur that night, leaving Chelsie with a difficult decision.

Soon after Thursday's episodes ended, the Live Feeds resumed on Paramount+. Chelsie spoke to the cameras, expressing happiness over winning the last Head of Household competition of Big Brother season 26. She added she could not keep looking at the camera because it made her emotional.

"I won the last HoH of the season! What the heck! What the heck? I made it to the final three of Big Brother. I am going to wear this. I never do but I am going to be proud of myself," Chelsie said.

Meanwhile, Rubina regretted losing the HoH competition. While speaking to the cameras, she admitted she had to win challenges to win the show. However, she consoled herself, saying, "Losses can be wins." She added that "other people have won without being a comp beast," and believed she could do it too. The Big Brother cast member continued to motivate herself, saying she made it to the top four.

In another scene, Chelsie discussed the nominations with Cam. She reassured him that he was her "final two", but did not want the others to discover that. She mentioned:

"Okay, they're both [Rubina and Makensy] afraid of you and I being a pair. So, I may consider putting you up."

Chelsie wanted Rubina and Makensy to think she did not have a close relationship with Cam by putting him on the block. She explained that they needed to be "smart about them freaking out." When she asked Cam who he would prefer next to him, he replied "I don't think it matters." However, he added that it would be "smarter" to send Makensy home in case he won the Power of Veto.

Chelsie decided to talk to Rubina and Makensy to see who would like to join Cam on the block. She explained that the final decision would rest in the hands of the person who would win the Veto. Since Rubina had been on the block the previous week, Chelsie asked Makensy to volunteer.

Makensy agreed to go up. Meanwhile, Chelsie reassured Makensy that if she won the Veto, she would "100%" use it to save her. She said:

"It'll be two versus one in the final three and we have a good chance of winning those competitions. I am adamant on this. We are the only ones that will take each other to the final. I will gladly sit next to you in the final two."

The Big Brother HoH worried that Cam and Rubina had each other's back and would turn on her if needed. Chelsie was relieved that she won the HoH competition because she did not want to stand next to Makensy on the block.

Soon, at the nomination ceremony, Chelsie named Cam and Makensy as week 12's nominees.

Big Brother airs every Sunday and Thursday, only on CBS.
