Season 26 of Big Brother will release a new episode on Sunday, September 29, 2024. In the previous episode, the cast members bid farewell to Leah and Angela, who were eliminated in a double eviction. Week 10's Head of Household (HoH), Makensy, won the Power of Veto (PoV) and removed Kimo from the block, nominating Leah. It ultimately ended Leah's journey inside the house.
Angela followed Leah out of the house after getting eliminated with three votes against her. After the episode concluded, the Live Feeds on Paramount+ showed that Makensy had won the HoH for week 11. After much deliberation and discussion with Chelsie, she nominated Rubina and Kimo for the coming eviction.
Most recently, the Live Feeds revealed that the houseguests participated in the PoV competition, a BB Comics Veto. Makensy outperformed the others and won the PoV for week 11. Although she won the power, she was disappointed with Cam's performance in the game. She expressed her concerns to Chelsie, wondering if she should nominate him instead of Rubina.
Both the ladies claimed Cam was undeserving and admitted he could turn against them in the coming weeks. The Big Brother cast members felt that Cam advanced in the show despite losing competitions only because they let him tag along with them.
Big Brother star Makensy contemplates nominating Cam and saving Rubina
After the Veto competition, Makensy and Chelsie discussed Cam's performance in the game. Chelsie was shocked and wondered if he was purposely "throwing comps." She added that Cam would be "dangerous" in the coming weeks because he would try to use her and Makensy to "carry him" through to the finale. Makensy agreed and said
"He no, he's going to make sure that he has no bad blood with Rubina, he's going to get one of us out...because he, Cam, like I told you, he's being smart. His move is going to get one of us out, and then try in the final three and win."
Both Big Brother cast members claimed that Cam purposely stopped midway during the PoV competition. Cam explained he had to take a break before completing the challenge because his back started to hurt. However, it was not enough to convince Chelsie and Makensy. They were surprised that a 25-year-old D1 athlete fell behind Kimo, who was significantly older than him. Chelsie added it "shouldn't have taken anyone 20 minutes" to finish.
Although disappointed with his performance, they worried he would try to win competitions in the coming week. As a result, Chelsie said:
"I have to win this HoH. This next HoH, I have to, and then me and you have to win freaking Veto 'cause if we don't, like, guarantee one of us is going home."
Later in the kitchen, HoH Makensy informed Chelsie that she was "debating taking Rubina off" and putting Cam on the block. Both concluded it would be the wisest decision since Cam had been throwing competitions "the whole season." The Big Brother cast members realized Cam could make it to the final stages of the competition, playing in their and Rubina's shadows. It frustrated them because it made them look like targets.
While talking to the fish in the aquarium, Chelsie confessed Cam was "playing" her.
"Your uncle Cam come up in here trying to talk to all, report back to me because right now between us...I don't know if he can be trusted. That's all I'm saying," Chelsie added.
However, during a conversation with Cam, the Big Brother cast member exposed Makensy's plan. Chelsie said that although Makensy "considered it," she would not do it. Nonetheless, she intended to convince Makensy not to use her Veto.
Big Brother season 26 airs every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday on CBS.
