In the last episode of Big Brother season 26, Joseph Rodriguez was evicted, and the AI arena was officially ended by Ainsley. Big Brother is a reality TV show in which contestants, called 'Houseguests,' live together in a constantly monitored house and compete in different challenges to stay in the house and avoid being evicted.

The Houseguests compete weekly in the Head of Household (HoH) competition. The winner has the power to nominate 3 other contestants, which is down to 2 nominees, after the end of the AI arena.

The following information contains spoilers from live feeds for Big Brother season 26.

As per the spoilers, Chelsie won the HoH competition in week 8 of Big Brother Season 26, marking her second win. For the HoH comp, videos from earlier in the week were used to decide the winner.

Chelsie, Kimo, Makensy, and Cam were tied, and a tiebreaker decided who won. The task was to guess a certain amount of time without going over. Chelsie said she didn't want to win and even tried to throw the competition off by guessing low with 47 minutes, but she still won.

Chelsie's next moves as HoH in Big Brother

As per the spoilers, after winning HoH, Chelsie quickly began strategizing her next moves. She had clear targets in mind: Angela and Kimo. During their one-on-one conversations, Angela pleaded with Chelsie not to put her forward, saying that there were still Houseguests like Leah and T'Kor who hadn't been put forward yet.

Angela also urged Chelsie to protect Leah, which complicated the decision-making process. Chelsie told T'Kor that she wouldn't be nominated because she was sticking to her original plan to put Angela and Kimo on the block, with Angela being her main target.

Chelsie thinks Kimo has a good chance of winning the Veto competition. She told him she wasn't after him and suggested that Leah or Quinn could take his place if the Veto saved him.

While Angela and Kimo are immediate threats, Chelsie knows that Leah and Quinn are more likely to hurt her in the future. Even so, she still doesn't want to mess up the alliance between T'Kor, Kimo, and Rubina. It's a strong one that has gotten to the jury phase without much attention.

Expected fallout in Big Brother season 26

While it remains to be seen how nominations unfold this week, Angela could possibly react strongly to being nominated, leading to more conflict. This might change how people interact in the house because other guests might have to choose a side or rethink their relationships with others in Big Brother house.

Chelsie's choice to pursue Angela instead of Quinn and Leah could also have long-lasting effects. By letting Leah and Quinn stay in the game, Chelsie risks becoming their next target soon, as they are two of her biggest threats.

In addition, not breaking up the trio of T'Kor, Kimo, and Rubina could backfire if they keep moving forward together. This trio has maintained a strong bond and a common strategy throughout the game, making them a strong group that could win the competition in its final stages.

Fans might see Chelsie's reluctance to break up this alliance as a missed strategic chance, especially if the three start going after her in the next few weeks. Ultimately, Chelsie's choices as HoH will greatly affect her game. They will set the stage for future power struggles, shifting alliances, and the constant threat of being evicted as the finale of Big Brother draws near.
