90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After featured couples who viewers already knew from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. One of the couples included Liz and Ed who had also appeared on 90 Day: The Last Resort. During their time in the series, they were both planning on getting married but unfortunately, they canceled their wedding and parted ways.

Recently, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After cast member Elizebath Woods took to her official Instagram account where she opened up about her weight loss journey. On Monday, December 30, 2024, Lix shared before and after photos of herself timelined one year apart, on her Instagram stories. She was seen wearing a pink top with jeans in the new picture alongside the previous throwback image.

In the next Instagram story, Liz addressed her weight loss by posting a screenshot of a DM she received from one of her followers. The follower mentioned she appeared too "skinny," upon which Liz clapped back at the troll. She stated her body "has been through depression" which was one of the main reasons behind her previous weight gain:

“It’s actually perfect thank you very much. My body has been through depression, which made me gain an uncontrollable amount of weight, treated me well during my own weight loss journey, and then endured 14 rounds of chemo. I pray you deal with your own body insecurities. Much love.”

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After cast member Liz Woods' journey on the show

In her Instagram story, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After cast member further shared that she had been through chemotherapy, which impacted her bod. However she didnt reveal much about her treatments.

This is not the first time, Liz has spoken up about prioritizing physical health and following healthy eating habits. She is active on her social media accounts where she updates her followers about her weight loss journey.

In July 2024, Liz reflected on her time on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After by sharing pictures of herself in a black top and a skirt. In the caption, she wrote:

“43 pounds I gained this time last year. I found myself back to me.”

As viewers already know, Liz was in a relationship with Ed on the show, but they parted ways in an April 2024 episode. Their wedding was canceled on the show after their relationship problems remained unresolved. Both Liz and Ed got into a heated argument.

According to Liz's July 18, 2024 interview with TV Insider, she is currently dating her boyfriend Jayson Zuniga. In the interview, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star shared that they both met each other during an eight-mile run. She said:

“I was supposed to get married in August, Ed and I separated, and I started dating my boyfriend in October. It happened really fast. I wasn’t looking. I planned on being single. We just hung out and were inseparable."
