Episode 10 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3, the reunion, aired on December 18 alongside the finale episode. In the reunion, the couples shared updates on their lives after the show and discussed their experiences.

Zaina and J.R. attended but sat apart, showing tension between them. They clashed over the details of their breakup, and host Vanessa Lachey asked who told Scotty that J.R. was there for a "hall pass." A flashback revealed J.R. saying he had a hall pass to have fun during his trial marriage.

To this, Zaina said:

"Can we all applaud right now?"

She then asked J.R. what he had to say about it and he denied to have come to The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On for a hall pass.

Vanessa Lachey asked, "Who told Scotty that J.R. was here for a hall pass?" Zaina was ready for this question and asked if the hosts had their phones. When they inquired why, she revealed she had a chip in her nail containing text message proof that J.R. wrongly accused Scotty of saying he was there for a "hall pass."

Talking about getting the receipts on her nail on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On reunion, Zaina stated:

"We're high-tech with receipts over here. I just wanted to clear the air with that because I feel like this was J.R.'s ploy to ruin our trial marriage, Scotty, and get into your head".

The text messages saw Zaina explaining to J.R. that Scotty didn't speak badly about J.R. She said that he implied that about all the guys at the villa because Aria was crying about how all the men were acting like they had the hall pass to do anything with their trial partners.

Zaina then asked J.R. why he went after Scotty at the boys' mixer and told everyone that he accused him of having come for a hall pass when he knew Scotty didn't say anything, it was just Aria's worries.

Before J.R. could say anything, Nick Lachey instructed the viewers to check out some unseen clips. The clip had a montage of J.R. flirting with Aria and Sandy on various occasions and it ended with him saying he had a hall pass.

To this, Zaina asked everyone to applaud while J.R. mocked her. When she asked J.R. what he thought of that, he said he didn't come to the experiment for a hall pass to get away with his flirty actions. On The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On reunion, Zaina said:

"Was that insensitive or no? You are so gross."

Sandy also spoke up saying J.R. led with comments like that in jokes, being funny, but they came off in a wrong way. She added that it was hurtful for her to see him say he came there for a hall pass because that made her question the authenticity of his connection with her. To this, J.R. said that he wasn't the only one who was being flirtatious, Sandy was doing it too. Zaina stated that it didn't feel so.
