In Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 episode 13, the guests at the Parsifal III were not satisfied with the food that was served by Chef Cloyce. They complained about the first-course croquette, which was "too fried." Daisy pointed out that only "cheese sticks" weren't enough to please the guests who were on a super yacht to spend their time.
Then, an arugula salad with brûléed goat cheese was served for the second meal course. The guests were waiting for the main course as the kitchen smoker ran out of battery, which extended the time even more. Captain Glenn reminded the crew that time was passing as the attendees on the yacht were not in the best mood due to the servings.
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht Chef Cloyce was the center of attention after the guests complained once again about their fruits tasting similar to garlic. Cloyce admitted that he had used the same board for cutting fruits and onions, which was the reason why the taste felt unfamiliar.
This is not the first time Chef Cloyce has been Captain Glenn's target. Previously, in episode 3, Cloyce went to spend some time relaxing rather than preparing for lunch. Despite his mentioning that all meal prep had already been done, a delay in servings didn't leave a good impression on the guests.
