The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Nick shares the main reason behind his back eye

In his short clip, The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Nick shed light on the ongoing conflict between him and J.R. from the show. Viewers already know that both the contestants clashed multiple times after Nick's partner, Sandy, got into a trial marriage with J.R. During episode 6, fans noticed Nick having a black eye and speculated their own theories that the two fellow cast members must have indulged in a physical fight off camera.

Nick addressed these suspicions, clarifying that there was "no fight" or "physical violence" during filming or after the show was wrapped up. He also shared that all content was on film and on record. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On contestant revealed the reason behind his injury and that was his passion for "board sports." He continued:

"Sorry to disappoint you guys, but no, J.R. and I did not get in a fight. And absolutely no, there was no physical altercation with anyone. They have it all. I actually broke my toe as well. It's all on camera. They have it on film. Hopefully, they'll release it. I don't know."

Previously on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 episode 6, J.R. told Sandy that Nick came to him and apologized for his behavior. He stated that Nick had a "change of heart" during the guys' night and cleared the air between the two. J.R. said:

"Nick came up and the first thing he did was come apologize, which I appreciated. I told him, 'I appreciate your apology but what you did was not cool.'"

According to J.R., Nick reaching out to Sandy while she was in a trial marriage with him was "taking away" from their experience. The two got into an argument about Nick trying to stay in contact with Sandy and beefing with J.R.

In the same episode, J.R. mentioned:

"I brought up the fact that he kept reaching out to you, and texting you. I was like, 'That was taking away from our experience.''

Episodes 9 and 10 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 are set to air on December 18, 2024. They are expected to showcase more of the conflict between J.R. and Nick. All previous episodes from 1 to 8 are available on Netflix.
