In Big Brother season 26, episode 33, released on September 26, 2024, fans saw both Leah Peters and Angela Murray eliminated. Leah was surprised when Makensy, who was in her alliance, nominated her and Angela over Kimo. Makensy, as Head of Household and Veto competition winner, made a controversial decision that upset the houseguests.

In a September 27 interview with Entertainment Weekly, Leah expressed her disappointment about being unanimously voted out by her friends.

"I still can't believe I was voted out unanimously. It's insane. I think that I'm most disappointed by Chelsie and Kimo's votes, because I gave them a really good deal prior to leaving that I would've kept them safe, and I honestly would've honored that," stated Leah.

Only five players remain after the events of the episode who are Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Makensy Manbeck, and Rubina Bernabe. The eliminated contestants are Matt Hardeman, Lisa Weintraub, Kenney Kelley, Cedric Hodges, Brooklyn Rivera, Tucker Des Lauriers, Joseph Rodriguez, Quinn Martin, T’kor Clottey, Angela Murray, and Leah Peters.

Leah has no hard feelings towards Makensy after being betrayed on Big Brother 26

Despite Makensy deciding to put Leah and Angela on the chopping block, Leah suggested that the former got confused by a lot of people telling lies about their alliance with Angela. In episode 32 of Big Brother, Makensy won the Veto and afterward, Chelsie argued that this was the best chance to eliminate Leah as no one would suspect it. Leah still insisted that she had no animosity towards her friend.

"I think Makensy put me up because she let a lot of people get into her ear and convinced her that I was at some point going to target her in this game, which was never the case. I still love Makensy. There's no hard feelings, and I really would've taken her to the end with me," said Leah in the interview.

Leah also shared her belief that Chelsie stood the best chance out of the five remaining houseguests to win Big Brother 26. She explained her thought process by suggesting that no one suspected her to plot against them as she's "well insulated, well spoken" which would take her till the end.

Leah also insisted that she wouldn't want to go back in time and change anything as she didn't have any regrets about joining as a houseguest on Big Brother's house. She also expressed that if she did things differently that might have resulted in her going back home a little earlier, so there was no point in dwelling on what could have been.

Evil Ainsley decided to eliminate two contestants on Big Brother 26

A big twist was revealed in Big Brother when an AI version of the host, Julie Chen Moonves appeared on the living room screen to warn the houseguests that they were in “grave danger” and that the jurors had “gone missing.” The AI Julie quickly turned into evil Ainsley and declared that she was "extremely disappointed" by the houseguests and they would have to "pay the price" for it.

This resulted in the declaration that there would be another eviction at the end of the day after the veto competition. After Leah was voted out 4-0, the HoH was decided to be Chelsie after she answered questions about AI Julie. This allowed her to put Kimo and Angela on the block for the second eviction. This was followed by the veto competition which Kimo won and removed himself from the elimination.

This prompted Chelsie to put Rubina's name instead and in the second live vote, Kimo, Makensy, and Cam all voted to evict Angela from the house.
