The wait was finally over when the much-awaited W.A.G.s to Riches season 1 premiered on Netflix on January 22. The coveted show came out with all of its eight episodes. Episode 6 was titled They Not Like Us and focused on Ashley's Alexander Wang charity event for homeless military veterans.
At the event, there was an argument between Julz and Sharelle, after the former accused the latter of bringing up the topic of children despite knowing that she had an abortion earlier that day. She also called out Alexis for texting the other girls about the drama that ensued in a previous episode like a "school girl".
So when she sat down with Alexis towards the end of episode 6, she told Julz that her fights disappointed her. She added in a confessional:
"For her not to be openly receptive and not take that accountability, it was just disappointing on all levels."
Alexis pointed out how she thought Julz wasn't always the victim and mentioned that she always felt victimized despite everyone being considerate towards her. Julz refused to take any accountability for her fights with the other cast members and said she didn't care.
Alexis' sit-down with Julz on W.A.G.s to Riches episode 6
When Julz walked in for drinks with Alexis on W.A.G.s to Riches, the latter mentioned that the last time they met at Ashley's charity event, Julz had walked in with "unnecessary bullsh*t". Explaining herself, Julz stated that she was jet-lagged as she had landed from Paris the same morning.
Alexis told her she couldn't be fighting and called her fight with Sharelle "crazy". She was referring to Julz blaming the latter for bringing up the topic of kids despite knowing that she had an abortion the same day. Julz defended herself, saying that she was mad at Sharelle because she couldn't hit her as her hair was being pulled. Alexis told her:
"Low-key it comes off as a little disrespectful because we are at a black establishment and you are the only white girl of the group right now."
Julz argued that she was Puerto Rican and Italian, while Alexis countered and asked her to keep it "real". She asked her to see her circle because she was moving with a group of black women who were partners with high-profile black men.
In a W.A.G.s to Riches confessional, Alexis stated that she was disappointed in Julz for not understanding her power as a white woman.
She added that because Julz dated a lot of black men from the music industry, she felt like she was one of them when in reality she wasn't. She then explained what it meant to be a person of color in the state of Florida in a W.A.G.s to Riches confessional saying:
"Florida is a stand-your-ground state. People will shoot first and then ask questions later. I don't think Julz was thinking about anyone else at that time."
She then told Julz that their group had all established themselves so she didn't want to get arrested or have a lawsuit over a fight, especially because she had children and because she wanted to keep her mental health in check. She then advised Julz to call security and "dismiss people" instead of fighting with them.
Defending herself, Julz said she was triggered because somebody had their finger in her face and was being disrespectful to her. She further stated that she had a tough day that day because she had an abortion. Alexis told her that she shouldn't have come that day and advised her to learn discernment and awareness.
Julz didn't get Alexis' point because she blamed her for not understanding how badly Sharelle acted at the charity event. Alexis rested her case in a W.A.G.s to Riches confessional after mentioning Julz's racial innuendoes and stated that she wasn't always the victim.
All eight episodes of W.A.G.s to Riches are available to stream on Netflix.
