“Disrespectful to Demi” — Love is Blind UK star Jasmine chimes in on Catherine and Ollie’s conversation 

Love is Blind UK aired episodes 5-9 on August 14, 2024, on Netflix. During their time in the pods, Catherine and Ollie were drawn towards each other but they both found a stronger bond with Freddie and Demi respectively. After Catherine and Ollie got engaged to their partners, they reunited with their fellow cast members on the honeymoon retreat.

In Love is Blind UK episode 5, Jasmine and Bobby sat together and had a conversation about Ollie's unexpected behavior. Jasmine said everyone could feel that Demi was uncomfortable, not with Ollie's conversation with Catherine, but the way Ollie went to Bobby straight after.

Demi wanted clarification on the matter and how Ollie was feeling. Ollie told Bobby that he felt Catherine's eyes on him, that she was looking at him again and again. Jasmine pointed out that Ollie's behavior left a "bitter taste in her mouth" as he should've talked to Demi instead of Bobby. Jasmine further stated that Demi felt uncomfortable by not getting any clarification on the matter:

"Ollie told you that he felt like Cat was looking at him. That left a bitter taste in my mouth. I felt like, he should've had that conversation not with you. He should have had the conversation with his fiancée."

Bobby agreed to what Jasmine was saying and admitted that Ollie's behavior was strange too. The Love is Blind UK contestant also chimed in on the conversation stating why it was a "bit tense." He said:

"There was definitely something in the air. I feel like there was a bit of weird energy between Ollie and Demi. Cause I could see she was getting a little bit tense and rightfully so."

Their chat concluded with Jasmine asking Bobby if he could let Ollie know how Demi was feeling about the situation. Bobby agreed to do so and said he could give some advice to his friend on the matter.
