90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 19 premiered on January 5, 2025, on TLC. Titled Never Let Me Go, the episode featured a video call conversation between Vanja and her ex, Josko, where they discussed their past relationship.
At the end of the video call, when Vanja asked her ex if he was willing to meet her, he responded that he would need some time to think about it. After the call, Vanja shared in her confessional that, although they were broken up, she had hoped for a more "excited reaction" from him. She felt that Josko appeared hesitant about meeting her again.
While the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star believed that things could change between them, she expressed that she wasn't getting her hopes up.

"The connection is still there, just isn't as strong and powerful. So I believe that if we could meet up in Croatia and just have a conversation, things could turn around. But I don't wanna get my hopes up. I just don't know what to expect from him anymore," she said.

In 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 19, Vanja had a video call with her ex-boyfriend, Josko. The two reflected on their past relationship and discussed what went wrong.
Vanja expressed to her ex that she hated the way things ended between them, describing it as very "sudden and unexpected." Josko agreed that it was "harsh," but later added that they had no other option but to break up.
When Vanja entered into a relationship with Josko, he already had a son. During the video call, he shared that they had no other option but to break up, as he claimed that Vanja didn't like children.
"Sorry we didn't talk about possible solutions but frankly I really don't see them. I mean, what's there to discuss about? You just don't like children and that's it... You talked about how you arranged your house, "I don't want to mess it up. I don't want to see kids running around, destroying your stuff," he said.
However, Vanja expressed that Josko never gave her enough chances to prove she could change and that she never had the opportunity to meet his son.
The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star further explained that her biggest fear was getting close to a kid and then leaving it all behind if their relationship fell apart.
Vanja felt that the breakup was hard on both of them. She added that she was planning to come to Croatia and asked him if he was interested in meeting her.
"You know that I'm planning to come to Croatia now. The original plan was for me to come and meet your son and meet your family and spend the whole time with you. And now you know, everything's changed. Like would you even wanna see me at this point anymore or like now what? What do you think?" she asked.
However, Josko felt that her suggestion came unexpectedly and asked for a few days to think it over.
"I feel like I'm not holding my breath for something too much because the worst thing I could do to myself is coming with expectations here and that get put down again. So I don't know, I guess it remains to be seen," Vanja reacted after the call.
