Big Brother season 26 aired episode 21 on August 29, which saw Tucker's eviction in week 6. After that, the show's Live Feeds streamed on Paramount+ and featured Quinn's victory as the new Head of Household for week 7.
Last week, fans saw T'kor having difficulty in choosing the nominees. It was because all 10 members of the house she had to pick from were either allied or somehow affiliated with her. Amidst the excitement for nominations for week 7, fans of Big Brother took to X to react to Quinn becoming the new HoH.
While some viewers rooted for him, others did not. They also speculated on possible outcomes of his position.
"Ugh Quinn’s HoH is already dry and stale," a fan wrote.
"And half of them will be straight up ignoring Quinn next week when he’s no longer HOH," another viewer wrote.
"We really just went from Tucker getting evicted to Quinn winning HOH? Good f*cking night," a third fan mentioned.
"QUINN WON HOH I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER BIRTHDAY GIFT," a fan said.
Big Brother fans had mixed reactions when they found out Quinn would be the next HoH. Some of them were overjoyed, others thought he would go on the block next for however he played this week.
"TWO WEEKS AGO IT WAS THE WORST 24 HOURS OF MY LIFE WITH THIS SHOW! TWO WEEKS LATER I'TS THE BEST 24 HOURS OF MY LIFE WITH THIS SHOW!! SO HAPPY QUINN WON HOH HE’S ON HIS WAY TO WINNING THIS GAME!!!" a comment read.
"Quinn winning HOH & potentially having Angela on the block yet again right after we lost Tucker I just can’t do this anymore," one X user wrote.
"Really hope Quinn’s HOH is a complete failure," another person wrote.
Who are the nominees on Big Brother season 26 week 7?
As shown in the Live Feeds for Week 7, Quinn had a tricky position to choose three nominees from the nine remaining houseguests. However, it was not as tricky as last week when the old HoH T'kor's had to nominate from the members she had a connection with. Quinn had his eyes set on the plan he wanted to go forth with.
He nominated Angela, Kimo, and Rubina to go on the block. The Live Feeds, aired on August 30, also saw the houseguests making a new six-person alliance, including Quinn, Makensy, Leah, Cam, Chelsie, and Joseph. Quinn so far was closest to Joseph and was seen brainstorming with him before he made his decision.
T'kor also stood the risk of getting nominated as the replacement, that is, Quinn won the Power of Veto and changed nothing as he promised. Meanwhile, Joseph and Leah discussed persuading Quinn to spare T'kor, after they failed to convince him to not put Kimo up. It is because they had a strong affiliation of four and wanted to go ahead and become a jury.
