"Engagement photos dropping soon"— The Circle season 7 Jadejha talks about her showmance with Darian

Season 7 of the popular reality show The Circle ended with the finale airing on October 2, 2024. The season was eventually won by Gianna, who to the shock of fans and players alike, was played by Nicky and Jojo Scarlotta. One of the players who was surprised by this revelation was Jadejha who finished in sixth position and couldn't make it to the finale as she was eliminated by Madelyn.

Although Jadejha wasn't able to win the season, she won the heart of another competitor who was his genuine self in a game filled with deceit and fake profiles. Darian was eliminated in episode 9 when Kevin and Gianna decided to vote against him when they became the top influencers. Kevin later revealed in the finale that Madelyn was the one who claimed Darian would betray Kevin.

As Darian was about to leave the sets of The Circle, he was allowed to meet one person one-on-one. Darian chose Jadejha and the connection they made led them to kiss and embrace each other before Darian left. In an October 3 interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jadejha revealed that the couple has been together for the past year now and they soon might get engaged.

"We've been dating all year long, and it's been good, and he's been talking about a ring and stuff like that. So I'm trying not to spoil the surprise for myself. I'm trying not to pay attention to any clues, but he's a terrible liar, so we'll see when that comes. You never know, there might be some engagement photos dropping soon," said Jadejha.

The Circle season 7 star Jadejha was hesitant to get into a relationship

Jadejha revealed that even though she did not win or reach the finale of The Circle, she and Darian spent the last night of filming celebrating together. Jadejha expressed that she was still hesitant and wanted to know more about Darian in the real world. She also saw Darian making efforts for her and sent good morning texts every day.

She became a little hesitant toward commitment when Darian revealed that he was in a 10-year relationship and broke up last year. She thought about blocking Darian as she was in a long-term relationship as well not too long ago. She further revealed that it was her best friend who suggested she give Darian a chance.

"So I was like, 'I should really just block this man now because this is going to turn into some toxic friends-with-benefits situationship.' And I didn't want that! My best friend was like, 'Don't block the man. Give it a try. You never know what could possibly happen.' And then it just hit the ground running," stated Jadejha.

During the latest season of The Circle, the couple had a "Circle wedding" during one of the games. In the same interview, Jadejha revealed that she's kept the garter as a form of good luck from the wedding outfit on the show in case they decided to get married in real life. Jadejha expressed that since the show was over, she didn't mind letting in on the secret.

"On the night of the finale when we were all getting ready to walk out, some people from production and wardrobe came down to me, and they gave me the garter from my wedding dress from the wedding episode and they said, 'Take this to wear in your wedding if you get married to Darian.' And I still have that to this day," continued Jadejha.

The star also stated that she hung the garter on the wall where she has photos of Darian and the flowers that he had given her over the past year. She quipped that the makers of The Circle should do a wedding special with them and that she was excited for the future.
