The dating reality show Love Is Blind UK takes a different approach to romance by asking singles to get to know each other deeply before they even meet. The contestants are put in "pods" where they can only talk to each other through a wall. The couples meet only after they get engaged and are sent on a romantic honeymoon.

In Love Is Blind UK, Demi and Ollie quickly connected in the pods and got engaged. However, their relationship hit a rough patch during their honeymoon in Corfu, Greece, which became evident in episode 6 when Demi seemed distant during a meeting with the other couples.

Demi's friend Jasmine asked Ollie if he was sure about this connection, which made him feel interrogated. Later Ollie said to Demi,

"I'm not in a position where I wanna have my relationship constantly under scrutiny. Everyone's coming at me like I have done something wrong to you."

Jasmine’s concern for Demi and the confrontation with Ollie in Love is Blind UK

Demi and Ollie were one of the first couples on Love Is Blind UK. When they first met in the pods, they seemed to have a sincere connection. When Demi planned Ollie's birthday, he confessed that she was the right person for him. They got along well with each other, and their conversations were full of laughter and ease.

Their relationship hit a patch; it was clear during their honeymoon in Corfu that Demi's normally bubbly personality seemed to fade, leaving her quiet and distant. All the other contestants noticed this, especially Jasmine, who was her good friend from the beginning of the show Love is Blind UK.

In episode 6, Jasmine asked Ollie if he was sure about his relationship with Demi. She urged him to be honest about his feelings and asked if he liked Demi. Ollie confirmed that he did, which is why he was still on Love Is Blind UK.

She kept asking the same question about where his head was; he got frustrated and told her how many more times he would have to tell her the same thing. He continued saying,

"This isn't helping me right now. It's just putting more pressure. It's making me want to go."

Jasmine advised him to give Demi the reassurance she needed, which would calm her down. The more he kept her in the gray area, the more frustrated it would make her. She continued saying that she doesn't want any bad blood between them.

Demi entered between this and Jasmine left the place. Ollie asked Demi if she was telling wrong things about him to everyone. She denied it. She said it might be her body language. He said that everyone's coming at me like he had done something wrong to her. He told her that Jasmine just interrogated him by asking the same question about where his head was.

Ollie felt angry for a number of reasons, including the stress of trying to make a relationship work in the show's environment, the fear of failing, and questions from the other contestants who might be concerned but made him feel like being unfairly judged or held responsible for the issues in his relationship with Demi.
