Fact Check - Are Rob and Sophie from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After still together?

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After released a new Tell All episode on August 11, 2024. The episode saw all the couples from season 8 have a reunion and talk about their current status and the conflicts they faced throughout the season.

One of the couples on the show is Rob and Sophie who appeared along with other couples and hesitantly disclosed to Shaun Robinson that they are not together anymore. The couple met through Instagram and it progressed to them tying the knot in June 2023.

The couple have had various conflicts regarding their long-distance relationship as Rob resides in America while Sophie is from England. Sophie has also previously disclosed Rob's infidelity various times on the show which eventually led to their breakup as the couple confirmed they are "separated but hanging out".

Rob and Sophie talk about their separation in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After

As the former couple entered the sets of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Sophie came in much later than Rob, stating that she was feeling nervous. When the host of the show, Shaun Robinson, asked the couple about their status, they confirmed their separation, while Rob explained he was "moving back to Los Angeles in a couple of months."

When pushed by Shaun again about the same to Sophie, she declared that she wasn't sure about her plans on moving to LA with Rob as she had doubts about how much longer the relationship could last.

"I don't know... It just seems like we bring out such bad traits of each other sometimes that I don't really know, like, if we can make it work a this point," said Sophie.

Rob declared that he was fed up with the fact that there was no intimacy between the couple and felt he was being "friend-zoned" by his own spouse. Sophie defended herself by stating that they only "cuddle" and "hold hands" because of the marital troubles between the two as she was not okay with the idea of having physical intimacy when the people involved are angry.

All the other couples burst out laughing when Sophie told everyone about the time she asked for words of affirmation from her husband, to which Rob gave her a groceries list.

This is not the first time the issue of troubles regarding physical intimacy has come up between Rob and Sophie. In an earlier episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Sophie confessed to her friend, Kae, that the couple hadn't been intimate since the past six months after one year of marriage.

She also confessed to having avoided the topic of her also liking women in the past as Rob would make an issue out of the topic.

When all the other cast members chimed in with their opinion that Sophie wasn't completely honest with Rob, Sophie accused Rob of looking at other women and texting them while he was in the same bed as Sophie.

Kae later joined the whole crew on the sets of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After as Shaun asked her about her thoughts regarding her friend and her spouse. She revealed that Sophie has moved in with her recently and has been trying to cut ties with Rob for a long period.

Kae explained that, being an empath, she feels strongly about Sophie's troubles and doesn't think Rob and Sophie make a good couple.

"I don't think they know how to talk to each other. They might love each other and that's great but at the end of the day, they're not a good couple. They don't need to be in a relationship," stated Kae.

During the Tell All episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Rob also accused Sophie of not flushing the toilet which is one of the many factors, according to him, that proves Sophie needs to be taken care of by someone.

Sophie defended herself and stated that although she can get messy, she doesn't flush the toilet at 2 am in the morning just so she doesn't disturb Rob's sleep.
