Long Island Medium cast members Theresa Caputo and Larry Caputo were married for more than two decades until they confirmed their divorce in 2018. Since then, Theresa Caputo has reportedly been in a private relationship, and Larry Caputo has been dating Connie Talley Stauddy.
He confirmed his relationship in a conversation with People on June 27, 2018, where he said:
"I have moved on. I’m fortunate enough to say that I have met someone special. But I’ll just leave it for that now."
Larry and Theresa tied the knot on September 16, 1989, after two years of dating. They separated in 2017.
The reality TV stars released a joint statement to People on December 3, 2017, and announced their separation after "28 years of marriage." The statement mentioned:

A year later, Theresa filed for divorce on April 16, 2018, as per Radar.

Before they signed their official divorce papers, the reality TV couple had already been living separately. Theresa Caputo told Extra in April 2018, that she and her ex-husband lived in New York and LA, respectively.
"Right now, Larry is living in L.A. and I'm here in New York. We're just taking it day by day."
After this announcement, the Long Island Medium cast member received support from her fans and expressed gratitude via her X account. In the December 5, 2017 post, Theresa shared that she was "overwhelmed by the love and support" from the show viewers during "this difficult time."
The TLC star mentioned that she and Larry will focus on parenting their children together and always "love and support each other."
“I’m overwhelmed by the love and support for me and my family while we’re going through this difficult time. One thing will never change and that is that we will always love and support each other, and be the best parents we can be to our children. Love you guys.”
Previously on Long Island Medium, Theresa Caputo and Larry Caputo discussed problems with their marriage and revealed they were going through a rough patch. On the November 13, 2017, episode, Theresa shared that she and her husband were having issues and were considering separating. She admitted that her relationship with Larry has changed after more than 20 years of marriage.
“Since the last season of Long Island Medium and through a period of time, Larry and I’s relationship has changed. We’ve been there for each other, you know, through thick and thin, you know, good times, and right now are not such great times.”
In one of the interviews, Theresa Caputo got emotional while opening up about her feelings. According to her, the reason behind the split was them "growing apart" as individuals. She shared that it has not been easy for her to talk honestly about her feelings, but Theresa thought that both she and Larry have changed as people, and it was "hard to try to work through that."
The Long Island Medium star confessed that her career has affected most of her relationships, but that was not the only reason behind her and Larry's parting ways.
For Larry Caputo, on the other hand, "lack of communication" during their separation brought a lot of frustration while adjusting to routines without seeing each other. As per E! Online, he told his friend Danny in the Long Island Medium season finale:
"We’re having a difficult time. I think a lot of the frustration has to do with us not spending the time together anymore. Along with that comes the lack of communication so it’s like losing your best friend. It’s hard."
