Season 11 episode 6 of Married to Medicine, titled Rodeo Reckoning, aired on January 5, 2024, and continued to explore the tensions among the group. The focus shifted to Quad as she opened up about her feelings following the Napa trip.

“Nobody checked on me. I couldn’t eat or sleep thinking about it,” she said.

Many fans of the show, Married to Medicine took to X (formerly Twitter), describing the tears as "fake."

"I’m sorry Quad with the fake soap opera tears I cannot. You do not speak to these women outside of filming. You have a whole bf for a year and planning to have a baby. No one even knew about him. Man stop it!" one fan commented.
"I'm so over quad's fake a** crying and victim act. We all know you don't give a damn about a friendship with these ladies. You only care about being on the show. Somebody has to go this," another user said.
"#MARRIED2MED: lifetime needs to call quad because she is always with the dramatics," a netizen tweeted.
"Not the dramatic Tyler Perry scene I’m soooooo sick of Quad!" another fan wrote.

Some fans of Married to Medicine criticized Quad for portraying herself as a "victim."

"Quad is always a victim. It's exhausting at this point. Every single season quad wants an apology. Damn," one tweet read.
"Now Quad every season cannot be an Apology Tour, address your s**t with them off camera stop carrying about hurt until those cameras come on, now go on with your fine self and enjoy your life," a fan wrote.
Quad cries more out of guilt, not victimhood. She fools the women, especially Jackie and Devily, by masking her guilt as a playing victim," an X user wrote.
Why don’t I ever believe Quad’s tears?" a fan said.
