What happened in Gold Rush season 15 episode 6?
One of the main highlights of Gold Rush season 15 episode 6 was Rick Ness' new plan for the Rally Valley. The team members tried to exert pressure on the ground so that the gold would not be lost.
With the help of new equipment and pipes, Ness was able to execute his plan perfectly through consistent water flow. After a while gold nuggets were found, this happened when they washed the paydirt 250 yards an hour.
Then Ness' team hurried to extract the gold and weighed it in its original form. Initially, they found 115.71 ounces followed by 315.71 ounces which is estimated to be three-quarters of a million dollars. Ness also rectified the error of spending $150,000 on a wrong pump and came up with a successful plan.
Meanwhile, Tony Beets extracted 146.10 ounces of gold, which is worth more than $365,000. This means Tony's gold's total worth is 1,250 ounces estimated at $3.1 million. Michael was the star of the show who managed to weld the rocks and protect things from going the wrong way with his proper techniques to handle the D10 Dozer.
Gold Rush cast member Kevin Beets, on the other hand, faced difficulties due to the quality fo the tools and equipment he had. Their D10 dozer was almost thirty years old and his team was trying to make use of it.
As viewers already know, Tony had lent Kevin some of his equipment, but this time he refused to give a dozer. Without a dozer, Kevin's team decided to use a 460 excavator and they got to work.
Unfortunately, a fire was caught on the 700 excavators. The upcoming Gold Rush episode will reveal what the fate of Kevin's team will be as they struggle and face multiple problems at once.
