The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 episode 15, titled Old Rumors, Die Hard, premiered on Bravo on January 19, 2025. In the episode, the ladies return from their Panama trip and get back to their daily lives. Elsewhere in the episode, Gordon Thornton had a conversation with Ray Huger about the former's relationship with Mia Thornton and her boyfriend, Inc.
Gordon recalled the time when he first separated from Mia and shared that she had taken their kids to stay at Inc's house in Atlanta. Unsure of who Inc really was, and given that he had several affairs with his then-wife, Gordon decided to go to the house and bring his kids back.
"Early in the period when we separated and she was with another guy [Inc] and had the kids there. But that time I went to Atlanta and got my kids... The fact of the matter is, I don't know him well enough to like or not like him. What I do know is that he had several affairs with my wife," he told Ray.

The Real Housewives of Potomac star Gordon opens up about his struggles post-separation with Mia
In The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9, episode 15, Gordon Thornton and Ray Huger met for a lunch meeting to discuss their relationships with their former and current partners, respectively. Ray shared that he was having a good time with his wife, Karen Huger, adding that she was physically feeling fit after her DUI accident.
Gordon then brought up the topic of his former partner, Mia Thornton. He shared that they are co-parenting their kids during their separation, and he even had the kids for over 25 days in June.
Ray recalled a conversation with Karen, where she mentioned that Gordon had taken the kids while Mia was in Panama. Gordon explained that he doubted Mia's decisions at the time, so he decided to take full responsibility for their kids.
"Mia was concerned. I was thinking, 'If he is the dad, and he takes the kids, why would that be an issue unless you guys were like really far apart?" Ray reacted.
Gordon revealed that Mia took the kids during their separation and stayed with Inc in Atlanta. Distrusting Inc, Gordon decided to go to the house and retrieve his children.
Given the fact that his then-wife had several affairs with Inc, The Real Housewives of Potomac star told Ray that he couldn't take up his advice and move past the situation.
"I don't think I can adequately do what you suggest, move beyond and move above because I got myself to deal with right. It's a difficult situation largely, but here's one thing in particular that frost my as*," he said.
Gordon further recalled a conversation with Inc, during which the latter claimed that one of Gordon's sons was actually his. When he confronted Mia about the issue, she responded that it might be a possibility.
Gordon revealed that the claim cast doubt in his mind, prompting him to take a DNA test. The results confirmed that Gordon was indeed the biological father.
"So, I'll tell you Ray, in spite of what's happening, there are a lot of great things that are coming out of this. It forced me to take a really good hard look at myself and what I need to do to be a better person with my bipolar," The Real Housewives of Potomac star concluded.
