Stephanie Boswell
Stephanie Boswell, an internationally acclaimed pastry chef, began her illustrious career in Chicago before moving to Las Vegas. It was in Las Vegas where she created the renowned Foie Gras Candy Bar, once described by the late Anthony Bourdain as a "must-do in Las Vegas." Boswell's inventive approach to desserts quickly gained her widespread recognition.
She has received the honor of one of the 'Best Up-and-Coming Female Chefs in Los Angeles' (2015) by CBS LA and 'A Woman to Watch' by LA Confidential magazine. Most recently, she held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at the world-renowned Peninsula Beverly Hills, where her signature Faberge Egg dessert received worldwide acclaim.
Stephanie Boswell is no stranger to the Food Network audience. She is the host of the cable channel’s Bake or Break and is a regular judge on other popular shows like Halloween Baking Championship, Holiday Baking Championship, Easter Basket Challenge, and Buddy vs Duff.
Boswell has also made guest appearances as a judge on Supermarket Stakeout and Chopped Sweets, showcasing her versatility and deep knowledge of the culinary arts.
Carla Hall
Carla Hall first gained public attention during her appearances on Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef: All Stars, where she shared her philosophy of cooking with love. Hall is a trained chef with experience in several professional restaurant kitchens around the Washington, D.C. area.
Beyond her competitive cooking show success, Carla has co-hosted ABC's Emmy award-winning lifestyle series The Chew for seven years. In addition to her television career, Carla Hall is actively involved with the Food Network as she appears on the judge panel for popular shows such as Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Halloween Baking Championships, as well as Worst Cooks in America.
She has also written several books. Her 2018 cookbook, Carla Hall’s Soul Food: Everyday and Celebration, received an NAACP Image Awards nomination.
Moreover, her debut picture book, Carla and the Christmas Cornbread, was published in November 2021. Illustrated by Cherise Harris, the book was inspired by Hall’s childhood in Nashville, TN, and celebrated family traditions, both old and new, with a child-friendly Christmas cornbread recipe.
Zac Young
Zac Young, the Pastry Director of Creaveable Hospitality Group, is celebrated for his innovative creations, including the all-in-one Thanksgiving dessert sensation, The PieCaken. A graduate of Walnut Hill School for the Arts and The Institute of Culinary Education, Young's impressive career includes experience at Bouchon Bakery in New York City and Alexandra Guarnaschelli’s Butter Restaurant.
He also received extensive training in France under renowned chefs like Philippe Givre at Valrhona and Philippe Parc at Chocolate Michel Cluizel. Zac Young has made a name for himself in the pastry world, earning the 2015 title of one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional.
His expertise and enthusiasm for pastry arts have been showcased on Cooking Channel’s Unique Sweets and Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped, and Worst Cooks in America. Young is all set to engage the audience with his creativity on Halloween Baking Championship.
