Robert shared that being the "smartest one in the room" is not a major requirement to make millions, but teaching yourself essential skills, such as becoming adaptable to change, is crucial. The Shark Tank star stated:

"You don't have to be smart but you have to be adaptable."

The video caption encourages young entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners to put their plans into action, even if they don't have all the answers. It reads:

"The truth is you don’t have to have all the answers."

In the short clip, Robert reflected on his pre-teen years and shared that he didn't want to continue living like he had been. At that time, the Shark Tank investor didn't have a "concept" of making a lot of money or a strategy to become worth millions and billions. As per Robert, all he "knew was" that he "didn't wanna be poor." He explained:

"When I was twelve years old, all I knew was I didn't wanna be poor. I mean, I didn't have a concept of making a billion dollars or a million dollars. I just didn't wanna live like I lived."

Robert noted that everyone views wealth from a different perspective and has various other motivations to make money. However, to become a millionaire or a billionaire, certain skills, such as adaptability, can be learned or taught. The Shark Tank star elaborated:

"The point of it is, we all come to it with different perspectives. You don't have to be born outgoing, you don't have to have that built it in you. You can be taught that and you can teach that to yourself."

He further stated that to be successful, one shouldn't have to be the "smartest in the room" but adaptable. Robert shared a metaphorical statement of putting his hand on the stove and getting hurt once. He said that he wouldn't repeat the same mistake again after he saw the result of burning his hand. He said:

"Everything I've learned, I have learned by doing wrong. I am not a smart guy, I have never been the smartest guy in a tool shed but I am very good at when I put my hand on the stove, and the ring is red and it hurts and I get burnt I tend not to do it again."
