Love Island USA season 6 aired its latest episode on Monday, July 15. It featured the much-awaited Heart Rate Challenge, which had many islanders' hearts racing as the cast members presented their best performances to entertain each other. However, before the challenge ensued, viewers saw one couple end their relationship due to a lack of compatibility.
After Casa Amor, Rob Rausch returned to the villa, coupled with 'bombshell' Daniela. However, since their return, the Love Island USA co-star distanced himself from her, contemplating the future of their relationship. In the latest episode, he confessed to Daniela that although he fancied her, he could not imagine a future with her.
He felt apprehensive about continuing their relationship and suggested they should break up.
Daniela took the news courageously and appeared to understand Rob's reasoning. Although the couple ended their relationship calmly, some Love Island USA season 6 fans were unimpressed by Rob's treatment of Daniela.

Rob went to Casa Amor as a single after his breakup with Cassidy. While Love Island USA newcomer Daniela hit it off with Aaron, Rob struggled to connect with anyone in the villa.
However, once Aaron revealed that he wanted to pursue his connection with Kaylor and felt uncertain about taking Daniela to the Fijian villa, Rob attempted to bond with her.
Rob confessed that she had his attention and that he wished they could indulge in their feelings for each other. Daniela approved of his advances and coupled up with him.
However, after they returned to the main Love Island USA villa, Rob became apprehensive about his relationship with her. He felt they lacked compatibility and did not complement each other.
In the latest Love Island USA season 6 episode, he confessed his reservations and broke up with Daniela.
"I really like you, and I care about you, but I feel like, we are in, like, different places kind of in life, like, mentally, and that's why I hate having this conversation because I don't wanna hurt feelings," said Rob.
He worried he would hurt Daniela's feelings but she said she was a "big girl at the end of the day" and could internalize it. Although she agreed that they were different from each other, she mentioned the breakup was upsetting. However, Rob stated that he did "not see it working."
