Bravo TV released season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County on July 11, 2024. The reality series showcases the luxurious lives of women living in Orange County. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast includes returning housewives like Tamra, Shannon, Emily, Gina, Katie, Jennifer, and Heather, with Alexis, Teddi, Sutton, and Vicki in recurring roles.

During the last season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Ryan and Jennifer’s love story came to the limelight as it was disclosed that they started dating in 2020 despite the latter being married to Willaim Pedranti for the past 17 years. Jennifer met Ryan while working out at Tamra and Eddie Judge’s now-closed CUT Fitness.

Bravo released a sneak peek of the upcoming finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County, in which Emily invited Gina and Jen to practice throwing axes. As soon as Jen entered the premises, she showed off the ring to the pleasantly surprised ladies. She revealed that Ryan proposed to her while they were vacationing with the family in the Bahamas.

"He's in the sand. He's kind of fidgeting around and clicked. I had a phone in my hand, I chunked my phone because I was like, 'Ask me, let's go.' It was like slo-mo when he got down on one knee, revealed Jen.

As the ladies congratulated Jen on her official engagement, Emily showed concerns regarding Ryan in a confessional. She stated that since everybody deserved a second chance, she was coming around to the idea of him being present in Jen's life.

"I do think Ryan treats Jen well, but I do think that maybe there's some red flags," stated Emily.

Later, the ladies practiced throwing axes and tried to take their frustrations out on the wood as they were joined by Shannon. Jen remembered a dinner with Alexis where she suggested throwing a party and dressing up as "dorky 80s bridesmaids."

Jen mentioned she was supposed to meet Tamra the next day to discuss Shannon, who claimed she had proof against Jen.

However, Jen expressed that she was not interested in meeting with Tamra as she wanted to focus on arranging the bridesmaids' dress-up party. In recent episodes, Tamra and Jen have been at odds as Tamra continued to make accusations about Jen’s fiance, Ryan.

Jen confronted Tamra for allegedly running a background check on Ryan in episode 15, and in the last episode, the two went at it again. Jen claimed there was no way back for them, and Tamra kept bashing the duo when the whole cast met for dinner.

In the sneak peek, Tamra mentioned that she was tired of the conflict and wanted to move forward. Emily suggested she should be careful, as skipping their meetup could result in Tamra trying to sabotage her upcoming party.

Tamra and Alexis later met up at the former's house, where the latter stated that she was ring shopping and that the date might be coming up soon. This brought up the topic of Jen, who also got engaged, and Tamra wished her luck through a text. She alleged that Shannon took a screenshot of their conversation where Tamra had asked to do a background check due to work.

She also claimed that it was a screenshot of a longer conversation that didn't tell the whole story and that Shannon tried to sabotage their friendship. Alexis was surprised by the fact and asked Tamra to bring proof to the party as, according to her, she was a "liar face".

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Thursdays on Bravo.
