The coveted season 6 of Love Island USA ended with the finale episode on July 21, 2024. The bittersweet finale has left fans wanting more, which is why the interviews and podcast appearances of the Love Island USA season 6 stars are gaining traction.
The Casa Amor bombshell, Daniela, appeared on The Viall Files podcast in an episode on Thursday, July 18. In the interview, she revealed things that weren't shown on camera between her and Rob. While talking about those, she unknowingly gave away a similarity between Love Island USA besties Rob and Aaron.
"The day before, he got me seashells from the beach and was like, 'Here because you're a mermaid,'" she said.

She was talking about the day before Rob coupled up with Kassy. She was surprised to see him flip so quickly because he was sweet to her the day before. This is similar to what Aaron did for Kaylor to express his love for her. He gave her a seashell necklace to show her how much she meant to him.

Love Island USA season 6 star Daniela appeared on the podcast while she was still in Fiji and hadn't gotten her phone back. Speaking to Nick Viall, the podcast host, Daniela shared that not all footage from the show could be covered, so they missed out on important moments. She then shared some of the unseen moments between her and Rob.
While talking about the things Rob told her, she said:
"He loves seeing me without make-up and he love seeing my freckles, and how he loves my brown eyes. We taked about our families for like an hour and we were getting, like, intimate."
When Nick asked her what she meant when she said "intimate," she said they reached "2nd base". She then revealed that Rob also made her a bracelet out of the pillow tassels at Soul Ties. This is when she said he also gave her seashells and told her she was a mermaid before deciding to leave her.
When Nick asked her if she felt "led on" by Rob, she said she felt like she was a pawn in the game the boys were playing. This was reflected in the fact that Rob let Daniela go when Kassy chose him.
Nick then asked her why she apologized to Aaron when they were in the bottom two. She said she apologized to them because she felt partly responsible for their place in the bottom 2.
When the host asked if she would take Aaron back if she were in Kaylor's place after what happened at the Casa Amor, she said she would "definitely" give him a chance. She said she would give him the benefit of the doubt because Aaron was a very "fast-paced" lover. She added that because they were on Love Island USA, they were supposed to have fun, unlike how things are in the real world.
Nick Viall then asked her if she would be with Aaron, given the choice. Daniela said she wouldn't and explained that she could be good friends with him. She added that she had eyes on Rob since the day she entered the villa, so she would have probably opted for him, given the choice.
