Season 7 of The Circle premiered on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, and is all set to release its finale on October 2, 2024. It is a popular social media game show about deception and strategy where contestants make profiles in a race to become the most popular person online.

As they compete against each other, they are given the option to either play as themselves or borrow the identity of a completely different person to catfish their opponents. In the race to $100,000, some lie, while others attempt to play the game with integrity and participate as themselves.

Savannah Miller was one such contestant who portrayed her genuine self on the show. Despite that, she got blocked in episode 4. In an interview with Collider, published on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the star reflected on her elimination. While speaking about her showmance, Kevin, and his decision to block her, The Circle star said:

"He needs a backbone."

Although Kevin was against eliminating his "Circle Wifey" Savannah, the Scarlotta twins, catfishing as Gianna, convinced him to compromise for the game's sake. Nonetheless, their decision made Savannah feel a little "salty."

The Circle star Savannah says she took inspiration from past seasons

Savannah revealed she took inspiration from last season's Kyle Fuller. She wanted to appear authentic and made her profile stand out by revealing she was a brain surgery queen. She told Collider that if the others saw a "pretty blonde" in modeling pictures, they might mistake her for a catfish.

"So that's why I also went with a more tame profile picture of me and my PJs with my dog," she said.

One of the contestants on The Circle who believed Savannah's story and empathized with her was Deb, catfishing as Rachel. As a mother who lost her son at a young age, she could relate to Savannah's parents' experience, watching their daughter undergo a difficult surgery.

Savannah confessed that since her time was cut short she could not form a connection with Deb. However, had she stayed, she would have bonded with her.

"I didn't have a lot of time to get that close. But I do think if I was in longer, and she did play herself, that I definitely would have bonded with her a little bit because watching her back now, I think she is so funny. Great mom energy," Savannah stated.

The Circle star trusted her crush, Kevin, hoping he campaigned for her when he became the influencer alongside the Scarlotta twins, Nicky and JoJo. However, her plan backfired and she was blindsided. Savannah revealed Gianna, played by the twins, was the most surprising profile to her. She admitted she was "kind of scared of her" because she thought Gianna was a "baddie girl."

When Savannah became the influencer alongside Andy in episode 1, they blocked Gianna from the game. However, their decision was overturned by the disrupter power. While Andy volunteered to take responsibility for their collective decision and apologize to Gianna, Savannah did not. It did not impress the twins. It was one of the major reasons why they wanted her gone.

Despite getting blindsided by her crush Kevin, she did not regret her connection with him.

"I'm a firm believer and everything happens for a reason, so I'm not necessarily upset that I did that...I do wish that I wouldn't have been kicking my feet giggling because I don't do that in real life," Savannah explained.

The Circle star added that she was a "very trusting person." Therefore, she expected Kevin to invite her to the VIP party. However, she felt "a little salty" when he invited Darian and Gianna over her. Her disappointment deepened when she saw his discussion with the twins, debating who to block. She claimed he lacked a "backbone" for getting persuaded by them.

Despite that, she wanted Kevin to win, so that her elimination "would kind of not be for nothing." The cast member revealed that she maintains a good relationship with Kevin and that they Snapchat daily.

The Circle season 7 is available to stream on Netflix.
