Love After Lockup season 5 episode 56, titled Love During Lockup: Dickmatized, premiered on January 17, 2025, on WE. In the episode, Kaleigh visited attorney Arja Shah to find out if she could remove the extra days that had been added to Hunter's sentence due to their recent misstep during a visit.
Kaleigh was shocked when Arja told her that she usually charged $15,000 to handle a case. While the Love After Lockup star admitted in her confessional that $15,000 was a lot of money, she wanted to continue her relationship with Hunter. She felt that Hunter was her soul mate and believed spending that much on him would be worth it.
"$15,000 is a lot of money, but it is really important for me to continue to hold Hunter down because I really do feel like we're soul mates and we're meant to be together. He's worth it," she said in his confessional.

Love After Lockup star Kaleigh consults an attorney for Hunter
In Love After Lockup season 5 episode 56, Kaleigh visited a law firm to consult with attorney Arja Shah. During their meeting, Kaleigh opened up about her fiancé, Hunter, who was currently serving time in prison. She revealed a recent incident that led to their prison visitation privileges being suspended.
Kaleigh admitted that she and her Love After Lockup partner had “decided to be very naughty” during one of their visits, which ultimately resulted in the suspension. This turned out to be a huge "mistake," as Hunter lost many privileges, including video and in-person visits. Additionally, 30 to 60 days were added to his prison sentence.
Kaleigh explained to attorney Arja Shah that the reason for her consultation was to explore the possibility of having the additional days removed from Hunter’s sentence. She expressed hope that the attorney could provide guidance on how to resolve the situation.
"They did all kinds of like loss of privileges. So no video visits, no in-person visits. He also got 30 to 60 days added on to his sentence. So what I'm trying to see is there anything I can do in terms of like getting the extra time taken off? So I just wanted to know if you're able to help," the Love After Lockup star said.
After hearing about the couple's situation, Arja informed Kaleigh that she would charge around $15,000 to handle such a case. Kaleigh was shocked by the amount but admitted she would have to cover the cost since she believed Hunter was her "soul mate."
Later, the Love After Lockup star shared with the attorney that finances were a large part of her relationship with Hunter, as she had already spent around five to six thousand dollars on him since they met.
"Finances are a really large part of this relationship for me. Overall, I would say I've spent $5000 to $6000 in total since we've met, which I know is a lot of money... So I feel like, that's a part of like my commitment as his partner and I don't really have any doubt about once he's out, he's gonna bless me tenfold," she shared.
Arja acknowledged that Kaleigh had spent a significant amount of money on her partner, Hunter. While she recognized Kaleigh’s genuine love for him, she also cautioned her to be mindful of the possibility that Hunter might be taking advantage of her generosity.
