“Heart is heavy:” Love Never Lies: South Africa cast member Lynn reflects on her relationship with Kuda

Love Never Lies: South Africa premiered exclusively on Netflix on November 29, 2024. Now that the season finale has aired, viewers have been able to access the full picture of each couple's relationship. In this reality TV dating series 6 couples compete to win the final grand prize after their trust and loyalty are tested. One of the couples this season, Lynn and Kudo wanted to see whether their relationship could last. During the finale episode 7, aired on December 6, 2024, the couples were put to a final lie detector test. Lynn was nervous about meeting Kuda and stated her "heart was super heavy." She continued:

"My heart is super heavy when it comes to my relationship with Kuda."

Love Never Lies: South Africa star Lynn discusses her relationship in episode 7

During the finale episode of Love Never Lies: South Africa, Lynn opened up about her relationship with Kuda stating she was "super nervous" to meet him. Kuda had already mentioned that he thought of Lynn as an ex meanwhile Lynn was prepared in case he said he was "over this relationship." She said:

"I am super nervous. If Kuda could say, 'I'm over this relationship,' I'd understand. Because I feel like that's where I am as well. The man I saw there was an ick. when did you become a man that doesn't know how to take a no?"

During her confessional interview, Lynn continued stating that Kuda gave her "the ick" and implied their connection could no longer last once they reunited. Reflecting on her previous statements, the Love Never Lies: South Africa cast member admitted she was wrong about their relationship. Lynn believed as a couple, she and Kudo had faced major issues. However, that wasn't the case anymore as they hadn't been "through worse" up until now. Lynn told the cameras:

"Is there anything Kuda could say that could change how I feel? No, it still gives me the bloody ick. I always say that we've been through worse but I don't think we had."

She continued by mentioning Kudo wasn't a gentleman and was lying:

"That's not a gentleman. I don't want to be with that type of man ever."

Towards the end of the episode, Lynn was asked if she wanted to break up with Kudo, and she responded with a no. However, this was declared as a lie. Then, Lynn explained Kudo was being intimate with another woman and asked to snuggle was still bothering her.

The upcoming reunion episode will reveal whether Lynn and Kudo resolved their issues or not. This episode is set to air on December 8, 2024.
