What happened between Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Joc and Kendra in episode 17?
On Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season 12 episode 17, Joc and Kendra invited Pastor Braddy to discuss their issue and get advice to resolve their problems. Kendra stated that Joc had looked through her phone even after she had informed him about the person who had reached out to her for a business matter. During her confessional interview, she revealed their "heated argument" had escalated into a fight.
On the other hand, Joc admitted that the "toxicity" in their relationship was affecting them both as they started to talk to one another in a "disrespectful" manner. Later, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member Kendra told pastor Braddy about her and Joc's argument in Chicago. She said:
"We have just been having some issues. We were just recently in Chicago, we had you know, a blow up."
While sharing how she felt, Joc and Kendra started talking over each other as Joc explained his side of the story. The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star implied that Joc's reaction was unjustified regardless of what had happened between them. She continued:
"Regardless of what it was, your reaction shouldn't have been what it was."
Later, in her confessional interview, Kendra stated she had reassured Joc about her feelings towards him. She shared that she was a "good, faithful, honest" wife to him and did remember her vows. However, Kendra felt the "toxicity" in their relationship made it difficult for them to face, she concluded:
"I know I'm not perfect but the way Joc is acting is laughable cause I have been good, faithful, honest wife to him. I really love my husband, I made a vow to him, I made a vow to the lord but I feel it just makes it hard when there is so much toxicity."
The upcoming episode which is set to air next week will reveal more details about their relationship.
All previous episodes of the reality TV series are available on Paramount Plus and MTV. The new episodes of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta air exclusively on MTV every week on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET/PT.
