Kandy’s exit and the return of the eliminated villains in House of Villains
In episode 10 of House of Villains season 2, Jessie’s decision to nominate Kandy and New York for banishment led to significant fallout. As the returning villains entered the lair, they unanimously voted to send Kandy home, making her the fifth eliminated contestant.
Kandy decided not to campaign for her place, stating her disinterest in “begging” for her spot. Jessie defended his choice in a confessional, saying,
“Every situation can either make you a good guy, or make you a villain, and unfortunately right now, it’s better to be a villain.”
Kandy’s departure marked a pivotal moment in the game. The twist came when Joel brought back all the eliminated villains to the lair, tasking them with voting for the winner in the finale. Their return heightened tensions, as the final five knew their actions would be judged. The returning villains also created distractions during the next challenge, adding pressure and drama as the competition intensified.
Battle Royale Challenge determines Jessie’s next move in House of Villains
Following Kandy’s elimination, the remaining five contestants participated in a Battle Royale Challenge, which required them to keep one hand on a butter statue of Joel. This endurance test quickly escalated when Joel allowed the returning villains to distract the players, creating chaos.
New York was the first to drop out after being startled by a bee, leaving the remaining players to fight through the melted butter. The challenge ultimately came down to Jessie and Wes. In a critical moment, Wes pleaded with Jessie to let him win, promising, “I’ll take you to the final.”
However, Jessie held firm and outlasted Wes, securing the title of Supervillain of the Week and a guaranteed spot in the finale. With his win, Jessie faced the difficult task of nominating two players for the Hit List. He selected Larsa and Tiffany, leaving Wes to face them in the Redemption Challenge.
Jessie justified his decisions by referencing Wes’s earlier reluctance to compete.
“There’s only one person who said they did not want to compete,” he said, addressing the group.
The episode ended with anticipation for the Redemption Challenge, which will determine the final spot in the finale. In the upcoming week, Tiffany, Larsa and Wes will fight for the third spot in the final.
The House of Villains Season 2 finale airs next Thursday at 9/8c on E!.
