When Kerry opened the envelope given by St. David's special guest, he was shocked that each crew member received a tip within the $20,000 to $1,538 range.

The Below Deck cast member revealed:

“So final tip of the season [was] $20,000 – $1,538 each. What did we get all season $208,750.”

All crew members were excited about the tip. Meanwhile, Kerry was proud of the team who followed his guidance and exceeded his expectations as employees working under him. Expressing gratitude and appreciation for the St. David crew, he said:

“You exceeded my expectations, the guests’ expectations, you did amazing."

He also met Fraser Olender and Ben Willoughby, the chief stew and bosun respectively, to thank them for their time on the yacht. Kerry praised them for handling difficult situations, rude guests, time shortages, and harsh weather conditions as the main members of the crew.

Looking back at the adventure this Below Deck season was for him, Kerry explained he had "big shoes to fill" and that his journey as a Capitan was full of "epic highs" and "some lows." Expressing his gratitude, Kerry stated:

“I came here knowing I had big shoes to fill. We had some epic highs, and there were some lows that I’d rather just forget about. But that’s yachting, and I’m grateful for all of it. Boy, that was one hell of an adventure.”
