Big Brother season 26 star Tucker Des Lauriers is currently one of the strongest players in the house. During his time on the show, the 30-year-old Lauriers won three Power of Veto and two A.I. Arena eviction competitions. He was also the Head of Household for the previous week and is now the AI Instigator.
Before appearing on the CBS reality TV series, Tucker had been modeling for the DT Model Management agency and Soul Artist MGMT Model & Talent Agency in New York. According to his official Instagram account, Tucker has a total following of 67.5K where updates regarding his performance on Big Brother are posted.
In a Monday, July 22, 2024 post, a picture of BB house contestants was shared to his account. The caption motivated viewers to support Tucker on the show:

1) He is a model
Tucker started working as a model after going on a vacation with his family. When he was visiting a store, someone from Bruce Weber’s scouts approached him and his brother with an opportunity linked to modeling. He started modeling for Kids Wear International and signed a contract under his dad's guidance. Since then, Tucker has continued down this path. In a Medium interview with Che Holloway on September 8, 2018, he further stated:
"I signed with Dynasty Models with Gin and Joe, and the rest is history! Started booking jobs with them then came to NYC and have been working ever since as a model."
2) He was into sports
In his Medium interview, the Big Brother star introduced himself as a "big sports guy" who played football and wrestled in high school. Due to a physical injury, Tucker couldn't make a career in the athletic field and transitioned towards acting and modeling. Tucker explained that he was also recruited for Hofstra University for wrestling:
"I was later recruited to Hofstra University for wrestling, but suffered a broken hand, collar bone and a torn ulna collateral ligament in my left arm, my senior year from football games and a wrestling match."
3) He has an artwork account
As per his official Instagram account bio, the Big Brother contestant has a separate artwork page. Tucker likes to paint and has been dabbling in it since he was in "kindergarten and middle school." On his art account, Tucker has more than 600 followers where he shares his ideas and work related to painting. He mentioned that painting was one of his favorite hobbies:
"One of my favorite hobbies is painting. My whole apartment is covered in my creations. I’ve been painting since I was in kindergarten and sold my first piece of art in middle school."
