Love is Blind Mexico star Chema and Silvia reunited in episode 11 and came face to face after the season finale. As fans already know the two broke the show rules and ran away together at the altar as they were not ready for marriage. At the reunion special, Silvia and Chema explained that their love was stronger than to abide by some rules.
The two didn't want to limit their love and considered each other "two free souls" and hence, ran away on the wedding day. They planned to continue dating each other, but to the viewers' surprise, Silvia and Chema's relationship couldn't last in the outside world after filming wrapped up.
Chema explained it was mostly his personal issues and unresolved problems that affected their connection.
He apologized to Silvia for not giving her the best "she deserved" and for criticizing her dress. In episode 11, Chema said:

Chema explains why he criticized Silvia's dress on her birthday at the Love is Blind Mexico reunion
On the Love is Blind Mexico reunion, Chema shared that he never wanted to intentionally hurt Silvia as the two have a really strong bond with each other. He explained that he says whatever is on his mind without thinking twice, which might have indirectly affected Silvia's emotions, especially during her birthday party.
Chema admitted that he should've used a "decent, well-mannered" way to tell Silvia that he didn't like her dress, instead of being critical of her clothes.
"I'm a dude who speaks his mind, I learned in the experiment that I shouldn't spit out so many words, you have to think about them. I wanted to say I didn't like the dress. I am very critical of clothing, I truly can't help it. For a long time, always, I didn't like the eyelashes," Chema said.
The Love is Blind Mexico star further stated:
"I couldn't give her the attention she deserved because she deserved the best."
When the hosts asked if Silvia had forgiven Chema, she responded with a yes. Silvia mentioned that they both still have a strong connection and love for one another which has "transformed" into something else.
Despite the ups and downs in their relationship, arguments, and conflicts, both decided to stay in contact as friends. Silvia clarified that there was no bad blood between them.
