"I felt judged"— Love is Blind Mexico star Rocio reflects upon drama with Irais at the reunion special

Love is Blind Mexico returned to screens one last time with a reunion special on Sunday, August 18, 2024. During the reunion special, the cast returned to the show to give fans insights about their lives since they met each other in the pods and reflect upon their time on the show.

Although the couples who made it to their wedding day were seated on the main stage, the participants who left the social experiment single were seated on the side. One such cast member was Rocio, one of the people Fernando connected with while in the pods.

At the reunion special, she was asked about the conflict between her and some of the female cast members because Rocio asked Fernando if he had asked Irais to marry him. Recalling the situation and being questioned by some of the cast members, she said:

"I felt judged, I felt excluded, I felt marginalized, and it was really uncomfortable. It was very uncomfortable and I had an awful time."

In Love is Blind Mexico reunion special, when Rocio shared her point of view about the conflict with Irais and some of the other cast members, she stated she felt "judged" and "excluded" at the time.

Pablo, one of the hosts, pointed out Irais' expressions while Rocio was expressing herself and asked her what happened. The participant said, "Nothing," and said she understood her.

"It must be awful to make mistakes and not to able to come to terms with them, and to be confronted with them a year later. I get it. I get why she feels that way," Irais said.

Pablo asked if Irais believed her tears and the Love is Blind Mexico star stated it wasn't her place to "judge her feelings." The hosts asked Francesca whether the conflict was "blown out of proportion," and the Netflix star said she thought so.

While addressing Rocio, the participant said they did exclude her and got involved in someone else's problem. She apologized for her behavior and said that it wasn't her problem. Francesca said that there were multiple "versions of the story."

"If we made you feel excluded, I wish I could take it back," she added.

Silvia also chimed in on the situation and recalled apologizing to the Love is Blind Mexico cast member in the pods. She said that after Rocio shared her perspective with the group, she apologized to her the next day. Silvia added that Rocio still wished her on her birthday and that they got along.

The Love is Blind Mexico star added that everybody's feelings were valid and that although there was a lot of "back and forth," it was "water under the bridge." She added that she wished Irais and Rocio could fix their issues and be at peace.

What happened between Irais and Rocio?

In Love is Blind Mexico, while the cast members were still in the pods, Irais told Rocio she was getting married after one of her dates with Fernando. Rocio, who was also interested in Fernando, confronted the male cast member about it but found out that he hadn't proposed to her.

Fernando confronted Irais about the same and the cast member denied saying anything to Rocio. When Irais told the rest of the Love is Blind Mexico female cast members about the same, they were upset with Rocio for trying to interfere in someone else's relationship.

At the time, Rocio explained to the cast members that the conflict was between her and Irais, and she too, had come to find the love of her life.
