"I felt a little attacked"— The Real Housewives Of Potomac star Jacqueline quips on Jassi's sidekick comment

Bravo's The Real Housewives Of Potomac made a comeback on October 6, 2024, when it released season 9. The reality show showcases the lifestyles of various housewives residing in Maryland.

Season 9 episode 4 was released on October 27, 2024, at 8 pm ET/PT on Bravo in which the ladies traveled to Queen City together and stayed at Mia's place.

The ladies had to stay in bunk beds which meant more interactions between the ladies in The Real Housewives Of Potomac.

Jacqueline and Jassi butted heads in the episode as both inclined towards Mia. During lunch, Jacqueline brought up the topic and claimed she was offended by the cast thinking that she was Mia's sidekick as Jassi mentioned on the plane.

Jacqueline claimed that it was not the case and that she could handle things on her own.

"So, I felt a little attacked because I feel like some of the ladies have been giving a connotation that I'm living in Mia's shadow," stated Jacqueline.

In a confessional, she further explained her stance:

"I have my own business, I am a mom. I hold it down, okay? I've never been anybody's sidekick," said Jacqueline.

As Jacqueline put her point forward about not being Mia's sidekick, the rest of the ladies cheered her on. After things calmed down, Jassi explained where the remark originated from during the plane ride.

She revealed that when talking with Mia, Jassi mentioned that the latter would have a "better sidekick" during this trip as she would be by her side.

Gizelle found the situation hilarious and, in her confessional, expressed her surprise by Jassi and Jacqueline trying to fight over Mia's attention.

"You're fighting to be a sidekick. The self-esteem," exclaimed Gizelle.

Karen was also fascinated by the events unfolding in front of her eyes and asked Gizelle if this was normal as she had not previously seen Jassi act out like this.

Later, in a confessional, she bemusedly commented that to her, Jacqueline seemed "weirdly obsessed with Mia".

As mentioned earlier, the ladies arrived at Mia's manor and were welcomed by several butlers and chefs with hot towels and champagne, among other things.

Earlier, Mia tried to grill Karen regarding her DUI, but Karen didn't let anything slip. She expressed her displeasure about Jacqueline telling the group that she had called her while drinking, which Karen denied ever happened.

Mia explained to the ladies that they would have to share beds and bathrooms during their stay. The host even invited some of her friends to come over for a party.

Stacey had to share bunk beds with Keiarna but was delighted as she had always wanted to have a roommate and stay in bunk beds.

Keiarna stated that she adored Stacey’s positive attitude as it was rare. When Karen and Stacey got talking on The Real Housewives Of Potomac, the former told Stacey that housewives thought she was boring.

Surprised at first, Stacey quipped that the housewives should think that she was an alien as she was so different from the rest of the ladies.

The ladies went on a boat ride by Lake Norman where Captain Mike accompanied the ladies. Stacey confronted Mia, who came clean that it was her who called the former boring.

Stacey made a joke about the whole situation which helped in relaxing the environment among the ladies of The Real Housewives Of Potomac.
