Further revealing her side of the story, Jasmine expressed her desire for independence while living with Gino in the United States. Reflecting on the moment, Jasmine admitted that watching herself become angry and upset was difficult. She acknowledged her tendency to react poorly when angry, often leading to hurtful words.

According to the 90 Day: The Last Resort star, the dynamic between foreign and American partners can be unfair, with the foreign partner often being perceived as the one taking advantage. However, Jasmine emphasized the importance of considering the other side of the coin, where the foreign partner may have certain expectations when moving to a new country.

Jasmine revealed that Gino had promised to support her independence, including helping her obtain a driver's license and afford a car. However, upon arriving in the United States, Gino claimed he didn't have the budget for a vehicle, leaving Jasmine feeling frustrated and betrayed.

"I hate empty promises. And empty promises is like the cancer of relationships in this dynamic of foreign people and American people. I have seen it multiple times," Jasmine said.

90 Day: The Last Resort star Jasmine believes that Gino's infidelity accusation was a "low blow"

In episode 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort, Jasmine reflected on her experience with Gino, specifically when he showed some understanding about her staying overnight at a friend's house. Jasmine clarified that the friend was someone they both knew, making it easy for Gino to verify her whereabouts.

She later acknowledged that her actions, including disappearing for three nights without informing her partner, were not something to be proud of. Jasmine explained that before attending the retreat, their relationship was strained, and they struggled to coexist. She felt suffocated and needed a break, which led to her decision to stay with a friend.

Although she didn't justify her actions, Jasmine expressed that she was honest about her motivations. When asked about Gino's accusations of infidelity, Jasmine said she was surprised and hurt. Given their previously established non-negotiable rule of faithfulness in their relationship, she hadn't expected him to make such a claim.

"He knows that one of the main rules, like the non-negotiable rules in our marriage, even when we were just dating as boyfriend and girlfriend, and then fiances back in Panama... Number one rule is just to be faithful," stated Jasmine.

Jasmine revealed that she had initiated this rule because of her own experiences with jealousy and possessiveness. She had been cheated on in past relationships and knew how painful it was, so she would never do that to Gino or anyone else. Gino's accusation was a "low blow," and Jasmine felt shocked and taken aback by his words.
