Love is Blind UK is a reality dating show on Netflix that involves single people trying to make deep connections with each other without ever meeting.
Freddie and Catherine are one of the most talked-about couples in Love is Blind UK. When Freddie told her about his past, where he cheated on his ex-girlfriend, Catherine started feeling doubtful about their relationship.

During their date in episode 6 of Love is Blind UK, Freddie chooses to be honest with Catherine and he opens up about a mistake in the past where he cheated on his ex-girlfriend. Catherine, who confessed to being cheated on in all of her previous relationships, was worried she would choose the wrong guy again in Love is Blind UK.
Later in the party, where all the couples are seen having fun, she distanced herself from Freddie, taking her time to reflect on everything that was discussed in the conversation. He decided to have a chat before they left for London to live together. Catherine asked,
"How do you feel after our conversation? Now you've slept on everything?"
He replied it was difficult for him to talk to her about that, and she reciprocated by saying that she didn't like hearing about it. Freddie continued that the word "cheat" didn't define him as a person and he was sorry. He regretted that happening and assured her she had nothing to worry about. He was worried that if he planted a seed of doubt in her.
During this conversation, Freddie became emotional and began to cry. Catherine tried to console him and told him they needed to have these conversations if their relationship had to work in the future, and it would make them stronger.
