As a veteran herself, Ashley felt a deep connection to the cause and was passionate about giving back.
"I also was a captain in the United States Army. I actually ended up liking the military because I do like to blow stuff up, I do like to shoot guns. At the end of the day, I'm a veteran," said Ashley on W.A.G.s to Riches.

She explained that the event was raising funds for the Coalition for Homeless Veterans, a cause close to her heart as a veteran herself. Ashley acknowledged that fellow veteran Sharelle was also present. Ashley emphasized that any veteran could potentially end up on the streets and that it was essential to offer support to those in need. She encouraged the guests to shop for a good course, using their spending power to make a positive impact.
"I am a veteran. I know Sharelle is a veteran, and I just feel like that could be any of us outside on the streets. And we all need to extend an olive branch to, you know, the people who are in need," stated Ashley.

Alexis went on a date with Johnathan Cyprien, a former NFL player. He set up a romantic beach picnic, complete with flowers, and treats, among other things. After greeting Alexis, Johnathan presented her with desserts, knowing she had a sweet tooth. In a private moment, Alexis shared that she struggled with dating after her divorce. She was used to being with one person and had to adjust to a new reality.
"When I first started dating after my divorce, it wasn't amazing, but at the same time, I didn't mind becuase I was so stuck in this space of being in a relationship, being committed, going home to one person," confessed Alexis.
She further stated on W.A.G.s to Riches:
"You reputation and your name open so many doors, so I have to understand who is gonna be around my kids and who's gonna be around my ex-husband because this is a blended family."
Alexis confessed that she was looking for a serious relationship. She told Johnathan that she needed someone who could keep up with her energetic lifestyle. Johnathan opened up about the challenges athletes face in relationships, revealing he hadn't been in a serious relationship in three years. Their date concluded with Johnathan kissing her hand, which left Alexis blushing.
