Season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Day released episode 17 on December 22. The episode documented Joe meeting Magda's mother and reassuring her of his sincerity toward her daughter, as she was aware of his past infidelity issues.
This was a new step in solidifying their relationship because the previous episodes saw the two fighting over Joe's cheating scandals. The preview of the next episode— episode 18— witnessed Magda discovering new things about Joe's past, making her say the ultimate words.
"I'm done," she said.
The preview heard her say the words after the two got into another fight over Joe's issues. Magda was heartbroken because, in a previous episode, she asked Joe to tell her everything she didn't know at the time so she wouldn't have to be hurt finding out about it later.

In a previous episode, when Joe and Magda had gone to visit a salt mine, the tour guide showed them the chapel inside, which made Joe ask her if she would want to get married there. This ticked her off and made her ask Joe to tell her every time he cheated on her, so she didn't have to get hurt finding out about it later. Joe denied having anything else to disclose back then.
In 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 18 preview, Joe told Magda that he was having a good time but there was one thing he wanted to talk to her about. He talked about one of his "really good friends" who he had dated for a short time. Magda was seen exclaiming:

She seemed shocked and disappointed to have found out yet another instance of Joe's infidelity from Joe himself. In a 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Day confessional, Magda was seen confirming that he promised her he would never lie to her again but he did.
In another scene, Joe regretted his decision of not telling Magda earlier. He told her he shouldn't have hidden it from her or waited to tell her. When he said he understood her disappointment, she said he didn't. She added that she wanted to take the girl's eyes out along with Joe's and eat them. She then said the parting words, "I'm done".
