Ed “Big Ed” Brown from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? recently became the talk of the town after he shed light on his fitness journey. While on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, he mentioned that he has lost 19 pounds and credited strength training and cardio for the same.
"I’m in the gym every day working out," he said.
The 59-year-old also attributed his slimdown to his improved dietary habits. His transformation coincided with other significant life changes that had a positive impact on his mental health, and he mentioned that this made it easier for him to prioritize his physical health.

Big Ed mentioned that daily sessions at the gym and an improved diet helped him on his journey. He engaged in a mix of activities including extensive strength training and cardio exercises to ensure a comprehensive workout for himself.
"I’m trying to invest in my happy and I’ve lost 19 pounds," he said on the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast.
Shedding light on his diet, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star spoke about his love for wine and about maintaining a "balance."
"I’m still drinking the Malbecs. That’s kind of a balance," he added.
He often shares glimpses into his time at the gym on social media. On April 22, he posted a video of his workout routine and was seen doing multiple sets of bicep curls with different weights. He captioned the clip "Let's go..!"
Big Ed has been involved with the Remembering Nicholas Foundation
Apart from speaking about his fitness journey on the latest podcast, the reality TV star also spoke about his philanthropic work and mentioned that he is involved with a charity that helps those who have experienced infant loss. He actively supports the Remembering Nicholas Foundation, and speaking about his work with them, he said:
“I’m also involved in an amazing charity. It’s called Remembering Nicholas and we raise money for anyone that’s experienced an infant loss and we help with counseling, CPR training and so forth."
He also spoke about his business endeavors and stated:
“I’ve got my real estate license, I’m doing real estate.”
Reconnecting with his faith also proved fruitful for Big Ed’s overall well-being. He now attends church, volunteers during services, and helps with various duties including reading during services.
After calling off his wedding to ex-fiancée Elizabeth “Liz” Woods, Ed is now reportedly getting to know a new woman. Describing her as a "really good friend," he said on the podcast that he values the deep, intimate conversations they share. He mentioned she is uninterested in his fame and added:
“I have a lot of people that pursue me that want that and that honestly is the hardest part for me to be able to meet somebody.”
