Too Hot to Handle season 6 released episodes 5-7 on Friday, July 26, 2024. Some cast members explored their options, while others focused on their current partners, hoping to consolidate their bonds.

Some watched the competition from the sidelines, unable to find a compatible partner. Host Lana asked those contestants not to play passively since it could lead to elimination. One such contestant was Chris, who struggled to connect with anyone in the retreat. Since he tried to develop relationships despite the results, Lana let him stay with a warning.

"Thank you, Lana. I want to do you proud. I want to learn more, and the goal is to actually find a connection," said Chris.

Meanwhile, Too Hot to Handle season 6 cast member Kylisha refused to pursue anyone and refrained from actively participating in the workshops. As a result, Lana was compelled to evict Kylisha from the retreat.

Too Hot to Handle season 6 alum Chris' journey on the show so far

In episode 1, Chris introduced himself as a "ladies' man," who did not mind stepping on some toes to get what he wanted.

"I'm cool, calm, and collected, and when I need to pounce, I'll pounce," said Chris.

He revealed that he applied for the show as a dare from his friends. Chris also expressed excitement about the "best of the best girls in the business" being around him In the same episode, he shared the first kiss of the series with castmate Bri.

He immediately felt a connection with her but was taken aback when she paired up with Demari instead of him. He could not believe it when he saw Bri and Demari get closer to each other at the party Lana arranged.

"Chris? He's kind of hard to resist, but Demari, he's just a little too tempting," said Bri.

As a result, he gave up on her and decided to approach the other Too Hot to Handle female cast members.

Chris was "buzzing for the new arrivals" in episode 2, and wanted to explore his chances with a newcomer, Flavia. However, he felt threatened by the competition the other men would present against him.

"I'm buzzing for the new arrivals. But it's a competition, mate, you know? You gotta come with your game before other vultures have a chance," said Chris.

He faced tough competition from Too Hot to Handle cast member Joao, who also expressed an interest in Flavia. Despite the challenge, he approached her for a one-on-one workout session, hoping to connect with her.

Flavia felt Chris was "naughty" and could potentially be trouble. However, Chris lost his chance with the newcomer when she chose to pair with Joao in episode 3.

Chris' old flame Bri broke up with her partner Demari, making Chris hopeful. During the self-reflective challenge in episode 5, the Too Hot to Handle star asked Bri if she still harbored unresolved feelings for Demari, to which she replied, maybe. She revealed that she wanted to give their connection another chance.

Chris immediately knew he needed to move on from Bri. During the Womb for Improvement workshop in episode 6, Chris revealed he could "go deeper" and remove the barrier that prevented him from connecting with others.

"What I've come to realize is that the connection that I lack with others probably stemmed through the connection that I lack with my mum and that was a very big and heavy realization for me sat in that womb," admitted Chris.

Too Hot to Handle host Lana noticed the measures Chris took to progress in the competition, and decided to let him stay with a stern warning in episode 7. Chris was thankful for the opportunity and vowed to upgrade his gameplay in the upcoming episodes.

"I've learned quite a bit from Lana, as in this whole retreat, I've learned so much about myself," said Chris.

In the preview for the upcoming episodes, viewers saw Chris getting close to newcomer Sabrina.

Too Hot to Handle season 6 will return with episodes eight and nine on Friday, August 2, 2024, only on Netflix.
