He told Lucy:

"When we met, I think everything you said to me, like, about yourself, I was thinking, “Tick, tick, tick,” because you are a great person who’s got so much going for them."

Charlie continued:

"Like, more, sort of, time goes on, the more disconnected I’m feeling. Know what I mean? I wanted to make sure I had this conversation with you and I could be upfront and honest about like, the way I was feeling and do it the right way rather than the wrong way, basically. Hopefully, you don’t hate me too much."

Relationship expert Shan Boodram conducted the Womb for Improvement workshop. As she explained, the workshop aimed to help male housemates respect and understand their partners better. It was also an opportunity for the participants to reconnect with their true selves and "with the divine feminine energy, with the magic that gave them life - their mothers."

"Always treat someone how you would want your three sisters to be treated."

His mother's words deeply impacted Charlie; he was emotional after listening to the message. After the workshop, Charlie shared in the confessional:

"I’m definitely thinking about the way I handled this situation with Lucy. In the past, I feel that I’ve used women, and I’ve not been the most considerate with their feelings. I’m gonna try and be a role model and treat girls the way I’d want my sisters to be treated."

He also added that the workshop had helped him understand how he left Lucy vulnerable. He also accepted that he understood that moving on quickly with Katherine might have hurt Lucy. That was the reason why he wanted to apologize to Lucy.
