"Reading those text messages filled with fetishes and c*ming, like it's disgusting, Stephen," Monica said.
Stephen told her she was right, but Monica interrupted him, saying she knew she was "right." She asked why he did it and why he proposed to her in Love is Blind season 7.

In Love is Blind season 7 episode 8, titled Dirty Laundry, which aired on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, Stephen and Monica found themselves at odds as the female cast member discovered text messages on Stephen's phone.
She questioned whether he was at a sleep test the previous night, like he had told her, and said she didn't believe him. The Love is Blind season 7 male cast member stated he didn't think he could say anything to make her believe him. Stephen said he didn't "pretend" anything.
"Yes, you did. You pretended to want to get married," Monica reacted.
Stephen explained that he made a "completely stupid mistake" while he was drunk at a sleep test with someone who texted him. Monica reminded Stephen he was texting the unnamed woman during the day as well. She told him the "really gross ones" were of the day of the conversation.
She told him not to lie to him. When he said they didn't text "today," Monica asked to see his phone. The male participant said he believed the messages. He said he didn't want to look at it.
"They started yesterday, and they went through today," Monica said.
The Love is Blind season 7 cast member insisted that he didn't text the woman that day because he knew what he was doing. Monica asked him if he didn't know what he was doing the previous night.
Stephen said he knew what he was doing and called it a "stupid decision." When he said it was "coupled up" with the conversation he and Monica had the previous night, Monica told him not to "blame" her for him being "gross." He stated.
"I'm taking full responsibility for this, which is why I'm getting my stuff, leaving you alone."
Monica asked him to Venmo her the money he owed her for "carrying" his "weight" before he left. She asked him to do it right away. She told him she was "almost embarrassed" about how much of her heart she had given him. She asked him if he would have still met her father despite his behavior.
"Ugh, you were laying in a sleep test bed texting a girl while you are engaged, that you want to do dirty kinks. It was disgusting," Monica said.
Stephen told the Netflix star she was right and that he couldn't do anything to change what happened. He apologized for hurting her and for coming on the show.
Monica called him a "selfish piece of sh*t" and reminded him that he put a ring on her finger. She broke down in tears as he got up and said he didn't deserve much. He said he was sorry and that he was going to leave her alone as he gathered his things.
Taylor and Garrett comforted the crying cast member as she expressed disbelief over what happened.
Episodes 1 to 9 of Love is Blind season 7 are available to stream on Netflix.
