The second installment of episodes of Love is Blind season 7, i.e. episodes 7 to 9, was released on October 9, after the season premiered with its initial 6 episodes on October 2. The new episodes documented a fresh beginning for the six couples as they proceeded to the moving-in phase, after their honeymoon in Mexico.
Ardent fans of the series already know that in this phase, the couples live under the same roof as they prepare to get married in a few weeks. They meet each other's friends and families and see how they fit into each other's worlds.
Garrett took his Love is Blind fiancé Taylor to meet his parents on episode 7. His mom was worried about the haste of it all. She said she would hate to see either of them getting hurt. She told Taylor:

In episode 7 of Love is Blind season 7, Garrett and Taylor visited his parents' house in Fredricksburg, Virginia. Garrett's mom Dawn, dad Randy, sister DeAnna, and niece Makayla welcomed the newly engaged couple.
Dawn asked them if they had spoken about the hard stuff, such as having children and family. When Garrett reassured them, Dawn teared up. She said:
"It's such a big life decision to do it so fast. I don't want him hurt, and I'd hate to see you be hurt either. I don't wanna see either one of you go through it. I definitely don't want to see him go through it. I adore my son".
DeAnna added that it was the only time they got to meet and spend time with Taylor before the wedding in two weeks, which was overwhelming for the family. Randy chimed in and said they had to make a lot of decisions in a very short time.
Taylor understood where Garrett's family was coming from so she tried reassuring them. She empathised with them saying it could've been a lot to get to know her and to trust her. She added that she didn't have answers other than the fact that she loved their son a lot and that she could see a "beautiful, wonderful future with him."
She said that the couple countered the pressure by taking one day at a time, and in the process, got to places they never thought they could get to. She also said that the two of them spoke about their concerns, their fears, and came to the common conclusion of trusting the process.
She said that they also gave each other "grace" if either of them changed their minds. She then recounted a line she kept telling Garrett, one which he hates:
"The best decision for you is gonna be the best decision for me and the best decision for us".
She also thanked the family in "advance" if they ended up getting married and hoped to be a valued addition to the family. His mom said she saw the love, the care, and the concern Taylor had and said it was important. Taylor and Garrett kissed before the scene cut to another couple.
New episodes of Love is Blind season 7 will be released on October 16 on Netflix.
