"It's not funny" — Dubai Bling star Safa on not letting her husband Fahad have a female fitness trainer

Season 3 of Dubai Bling premiered with episodes 1-9 on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Episode 5, titled A Costly Apology, showcased Safa confronting Mona's husband, Hassan, and co-star Zeina for recommending a female personal trainer to her husband, Fahad. Although she wanted Fahad to employ a healthier lifestyle, she was strictly against him training with a female trainer.

Episode 4 saw Zeina's suggested trainer, Jovana, have a workout session with Fahad. Although Fahad completed a few exercises, he knew it would upset Safa, and it did. When Safa saw a video of her husband exercising with Jovana, she expressed her concerns, criticizing Fahad for not respecting her feelings.

In episode 5 of Dubai Bling, when Safa met Hassan and Zeina at Dubai Fashion Week, she confronted them for setting Fahad up with a female trainer. When Hassan and Mona chuckled, implying that it was not a major issue, Safa said:

"It's not funny. It's not funny."

The Dubai Bling cast member revealed Fahad had an agreement with her about not hanging around unknown women. Although others undermined her concern, Safa stressed the importance of having Fahad honor her requests. Meanwhile, Fahad confessed that at times Safa's jealousy surpassed unprecedented heights.

Episode 4, titled Turning Tables, saw Safa and Fahad's relationship hit a rough patch, risking their marriage. Safa accused Fahad of cheating on her by looking at another female, in this case, the fitness trainer, Jovana, for more than a second.

Although Fahad explained that his session with Jovana had no ulterior motives, Safa remained unconvinced. Her explosive reaction bothered Fahad, who wondered what else he could do to calm her down.

In episode 5 of Dubai Bling, Safa confronted Hassan about letting Fahad exercise with a female trainer. When Safa asked Mona if she had heard about it, she answered in the affirmative.

"It is deep. We've had, like, a major fallout," Safa said.

When Hassan asked Safa why Fahad's training with a woman bothered her, she revealed that Fahad was not allowed around "non-identified females." Upon hearing that, Hassan and Mona started laughing, while Safa tried to stress the gravity of the situation. Meanwhile, Fahad shared his opinion, saying:

"It's not that deep, Safa. It's not that deep."

While speaking to the cameras, Safa revealed that Fahad was only permitted to interact with their sisters, her mother, Zeina, and her. Upon realizing how invested Safa was in the matter, Hassan urged her to confront Zeina since she had referred the trainer.

Soon after, Zeina arrived and tried to hug Safa, but Safa stopped her, asking her to explain why she had recommended a female fitness trainer for Fahad. Zeina explained Jovana was one of the renowned trainers, who could help Fahad lose weight with visible results.

"Why are you talking as if I'm trying to hook him up?" Zeina asked.

Caught off guard by Safa's displeasure, the Dubai Bling star asked if she should have "passed" Jovana through her, to which Safa replied "Absolutely." During a confessional, Zeina stated that Safa was tiring herself by trying to manage Fahad's lifestyle. She claimed Fahad was a gentleman who deeply cared for Safa and loved her.

However, Safa remained steadfast in her beliefs. She informed the group that if they wished to make recommendations, they should send her the trainers' profiles so she could go through them.

"I will check. I will have to approve and then I will submit. I will tell you if it's accepted or rejected. 99.9% it's rejected. If it's been accepted, you can move forward. Otherwise, no," Safa added.

Hassan assured Safa that Fahad was a "model man" and that she had nothing to worry about. At the same time, he confessed that the Dubai Bling star at times overdid her reactions. Although Safa was hurt, she knew she had to understand Fahad's stance.
