The latest episodes of Perfect Match season 2 featured heaps of drama as Kaz left Micah for Christine. This came after he met the contestant at the boy's mixer, where old and new female cast members were present.

Micah also met a former contestant, Izzy again at the girl's mixer after he first expressed interest in her earlier in the season but left the house in episode 2. Micah decided to pair up with him after Kaz shared a kiss with Holly and eventually coupled up with Christine, leaving her heartbroken. This came after Micah had initially been speaking to Bryton, who ended up with Elys.

This switch did not seem to sit well with some fans, who believed it was a "desperate" move to stay in the game.
