What happened in episode 19 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season 7?

The episode started with Sammi talking about her IVF journey. In a conversation with beau Justin, she discussed she did not want to delay her pregnancy while contemplating marriage. At the same time, she revealed she was diagnosed with endometriosis, which often restricted her from getting pregnant.

"My biggest fear is not being able to get pregnant one day," Sammi confessed.

The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star added she kept the news hidden because she did not want to raise her expectations and face disappointment in the future. She took hormone shots with the help of Justin, explaining how exhausting the process was.

Later in the episode, Sammi admitted she had to experience "headaches, hot flashes, mood swings, depression" due to the hormone shots. She feared she would not get pregnant despite putting her body through the "wild ride."

In another scene, Angelina opened up about her "rollercoaster" relationship with Vinny 2.0. She explained Vinny 2.0 became a "nomad" who stayed away from home for weeks because he did not want to be around Angelina.

"He's always gone," Angelina stated.

While talking to a friend, the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star mentioned she wanted to start a family with Vinny 2.0 in her "forever home." However, she felt frustrated since her dreams were unfulfilled.

The episode continued to reveal the issues that troubled the cast members. In another segment, Vinny discussed his anxiety disorder with Mike. Although he tried to cope with it, he confessed it was "disruptive" to his life. As a result, he started consulting a therapist, who helped him live with it.

Later, Mike confessed he was "hurt" by the lack of communication from Angelina's end. He complained that she was not being the friend he expected her to be.

"I put the effort in to be your friend and I just want that to be reciprocated and she just ghosts everybody for like six months. I'm sick of it," Mike added.
