"Literally broke me"— Kaylor confronts Aaron after Casa Amor in Love Island USA season 6

Love Island USA season 6's episode 24 aired on Sunday, July 7, 2024. The segment saw the aftermath of an intense recoupling ceremony that left Aaron and Kaylor single. While the former chose not to bring Daniela back from Casa Amor, the latter wasn't happy with his behavior in the other villa and decided to stay single.

When questioned about his behavior during the ceremony in the previous episode, Aaron told Kaylor and the other islanders he would explain everything later. Although Ariana Madix insisted on them having a conversation at the time, the season 6 islander was coy about the situation.

In the latest segment, he pulled Kaylor aside for a conversation and explained the situation to her. However, Kaylor broke down in tears and told him how it felt to watch a video of him cozying up to another woman. She said:

"It sucked so bad not having you in here, all said was, "I miss Aaron. I miss Aaron and then seeing that last night, literally broke me. It literally broke me so badly."

Aaron apologizes to Kaylor for "not being stronger" in Love Island USA season 6 episode 24

In Love Island USA season 6 episode 24, Aaron and Kaylor had a heartfelt conversation during which they opened up about how they felt about one another. Aaron explained the Casa Amor events and said that Rob was initially interested in Daniela but took a step back because of him.

The Love Island USA season 6 star admitted to liking Daniela and reminded Kaylor that they were not closed off to exploring other connections. He added that he didn't think they were tested as a couple.

"So yes, after the challenge that we kissed on the first day and then the second day, I did kiss her out of the challenge. Right? Then I started spiraling. I felt super guilty and super sh*t about the whole situation," Aaron added.

In a confessional, Aaron noted that he knew how he felt about Kaylor all along and was always planning on coupling up with the Love Island USA season 6 cast member. He added that he felt like "sh*t" for making her feel bad and said he would make it up to her.

Kaylor said it was "stupid" of her and said while she knew they were still "open," it meant something different to her. She said she knew they were not a couple and that Aaron wasn't her boyfriend, and she was hurt by the islander's actions.

Kaylor told the Love Island USA season 6 islander about how she felt while watching the video and said she knew he liked Daniela. She added that it spoke "measures about" where he stood with her.

"Kaylor, I would not have walked in by myself if I liked another girl. I'm so sorry for not being, like, stronger and for not being more strong-willed," Aaron said.

The male islander added that he knew she was in the villa and that he knew that she would be sleeping outside. Aaron added that he should have "fought harder." Kaylor reminded him that while she was sleeping outside and getting bitten by mosquitoes, he wasn't. Aaron told her she was smart and that they were going to work through their issues.

"I f—king miss her so much. I know that me and Kaylor will get through it. Like, I know we will," Aaron said in a confessional.

Kaylor noted that she knew he didn't mean to hurt her and added that he had some "kissing a** to do." Later in the episode, Kaylor joined Aaron in the day beds as the male islander decided to sleep outside. She told him that although she was joining him, he wasn't allowed to touch her. Aaron asked if she hated him, and she said no.
